Disappointing Tint Shop Experience -

Today I visited this tint shop to get my Tesla tinted, and unfortunately, the overall experience left me quite disappointed. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made it difficult for me to give this place a higher rating.

First and foremost, the staff member who assisted me was far from friendly. Upon arrival, he immediately rushed into explaining the available tint percentages without giving me a chance to consider my options. It would have been appreciated if he had taken the time to show me samples or discuss my preferences before making a decision. The lack of flexibility in this regard was disappointing.

Moreover, the tinting process itself was completed relatively quickly, within 30 minutes, which was a positive aspect. The tint job looked good overall, but my satisfaction was overshadowed by a major issue. To my dismay, I discovered that my Tesla had been dented on both windows during the tinting process. I was shocked and frustrated, as this type of damage was completely avoidable and should never have happened.

I had taken pictures of the dents as evidence, and it was clear that they occurred while the technician was working on my car. This was not only an inconvenience but also an unnecessary expense that I now have to address.

Given the unsatisfactory customer service and the damage caused to my vehicle, I cannot recommend this tint shop. The lack of friendliness and consideration for customer preferences, combined with the avoidable damage to my Tesla, have left a lasting negative impression. Returning customer for our second vehicle. Matt took the time to explain the different types of tinting options and levels of darkness. Lower number means darker. Our SUV had a 20 tint level on the back half from the factory, so he put another layer of 20 on the back which brought it to a 5 tint level. Then tinted the front that was not tinted at all to 5 tint level. This matched now the front to the back making it appear standard. 5 is the darker of the tint levels. Will be back again, once we are forced to buy another new vehicle, would recommend to my church family, friends and family. The price matches the service! Grateful for Matt, as it is professionally completed. Lobby is very clean with a bathroom. I have a skin condition of Vitiligo which is why I get the vehicles tinted. My skin is now protected from the harmful rays and I can feel the difference when I am in a friend's car that isn't tinted. If you are on the fence about tinting it, I hope this...

This dude did an amazing job on my car and then I had him do my brother‘s cyber truck and he didn’t another amazing job. It would be dumb to take your car to get anywhere else if you live in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New York, Delaware, DC Oregon, Connecticut. He’s absolutely the best by far and very very affordable. Better than I could’ve imagined him better than anyone else in the world and cheaper too.
