I love Citi Trends the location off Brice and Tussing Rd has a great selection of just about any and everything but the men's shoe selection is horrible other than that the people who work there are amazing,they have layaway year around and everything is fairly priced most of the time after I check out and see how much I got its crazy and unbelievable at how much I save. Plus for all you moms out there struggling to get school clothes, uniforms, shoes, bookbags, and whatever else this is the place for you. I clothed 7 kids, and 2 adults, that's shoes for 4 of the kids,2 Jordan hats,Michael kors hat,5 timberland belts,a 2-6 pack of underwear + socks for all 9 of us, 4 cute purses or clutch bags for us girls we wore puma an Nike, the boys and my hubby all wore Jordan, nike,and Timberland. So for 9 people on Easter of 2022 was. $215.89* I got everything from the Citi Trends off Brice and Tussing Rd. There's another Location off E Broad St. In that one shopping center between the target and Hamilton Rd., there's another location off Cleveland Ave These 2 locations don't have the best Shoe selections for kids or women with a size 5-6 shoe size but the men's shoe selection is on point. The last two locations for Citi Trends is s high st next to the Lowes across from speedway at obetz rd and s high st. Personally I believe that this is the biggest location they have. Good all the way around, the last location is Wilson RD before you get to Valley view rd off of W Broad st or just past Valley View Rd, make a left into the parking lot at the light there's a heartland bank to theleft hand side you turn in right before that bank.That location is in my personal opinion the smallest location along with It being on the west side...

I went to store on brice rd around 7:30p.m on sat. 1/20/23 and they had the dressing rooms close . So I had 2 tops that wanted to try on so I was going to try them on over my clothes in front of the dressing room. The black lady that work came back there seeing very roud and nasty you can't try on clothes here. So I put on my coat and walk out the door and the other lady that works there follows me out and takes my picture with her phone. I felt harassment for no reason. Went in to get a refund on some items I no longer wanted. I had the receipt and when it came to giving me my refund it was an issue. The manager wanted to refund me on a gift card 😒. Why would i want a refund on a gift card when i payed cash. She then go on to say we offer gift cards because the cash register do not be having enough. Manager was totally rude and got made when I stood my ground for my proper refund. If she dont want to lead the store she shouldn't be there. If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience ever.
