It was great until the people asked what pass would I like? I told them the silver pass for my grandbabies. I was asked to download the app, and I did. I then checked for my account to show, but it never did. This was on June 17, 2025. On June 20, I went back with my GRANDBABIES, and it still was not there. Now please understand the attendant did all she could do but to NO AVAIL. She then asked me to call the 800 number if it didn't show. I did all that, but still nothing. Now, when someone calls me back on the 21st of June, they say i need patience. Excuse me, you should have chosen patience when you asked for my $79.99, but the chuckecheese did not. They took my money and then, upon calling, tried their best to say that although it is a system glitch, customers are responsible. That's a lie. Firstly, you have a no money back policy, so your stuff should be up to par!!!!!! Then, to have terrible customer service is downright personal. They should have been trying to appease my complaints, but no no they needed to feel argumentative like that's what they're told to do after STEALING people's money. That is a problem

Ok i hate to say anything bad about Chuck E. Cheese because I have always been a loyal customer for them, I mean i used to BEEEEG to get there when I was my children's age...buuuuuut😔😣the condition that place was in the last time we were there was horrid! I took pix of the cotton candy machine because the way it was presented to us, "the consumers", was indeed disgusting...they make it every day in bunches and bag it up and they place it in the display case for you to purchase with your tickets that you win...but that wasn't the only thing that kinda made me gag...the salad bar was not all that guarded from the usual "say and spray" that tends to, you know, contaminate the food...it was just a mess... I love the place and so does my children but who ever is running the place now should really try getting a focus group together and working out the kinks... Because we mothers recognize that the small things make a HUGE DIFFERENCE. Thanx!

Pros - The food tasted pretty good - The equipment and play area was very clean and well kept Cons - maybe half of the machines we tried didn't work, and if the machine was down it wasn't labeled. If you swipe the card it would still charge it despite the machine being inoperable. IF the machines all worked I'd say that paying for the points is a good deal. - the workers were kind but seemed kind of lazy. There was only one girl who was working the register despite a fairly long line. Other employees walked by and seemed indifferent, not offering any help - the food is way overpriced for what you get, don't buy it. The picture below is for a $12 personal pizza (barely large enough for a toddler), $7 for cheesebread and $2.50 for a cup of water.

I have to change my original rating of 4 stars down to 1 when in reality they deserve a 0. Do NOT and I repeat, do NOT come here on a Saturday if you expect to have a good experience. Came for a birthday party yesterday, Saturday at 3pm, and I was shocked at the difference from our experience just a few short weeks ago. The only good thing about our experience yesterday was that the kids had fun. Oh, and I came across 2 employees who were pleasant (that's it).

Let me go down the list of the negatives. Food took over an hour to come out. Entire establishment was a mess. Not one time did I see anyone cleaning a table except the one we sat at which I had to ask 3 different staff to clean it and finally a 4th person actually cleaned it for us. Almost every staff member just had an attitude for no reason. No matter how nicely I asked, staff acted like my requests were bothering them (like cleaning our table for example). If the employees were doing what they were supposed to do, I should have never even had to ask anyone to do anything. I mean hey guys, you signed up to work with children, can you at least "act" like you like it? There was trash all over the floor in the play areas. Women's restroom was disgusting with only one stall with toilet paper. They had all these signs written to "keep restroom clean," but you can clearly tell they hadn't cleaned it for hours. By the way, that is very unprofessional to tell people who spend hundreds of dollars here to keep restroom clean. People spend WAY too much money for their kids to have fun here, at least make us feel like you appreciate the amount of money we spend at your establishment. Parents of the party we were at spent almost $300 on food that came out wrong and then ended up taking over an hour for. They spent $50 on each play card for 6 or 7 kids. So they literally spent HUNDREDS of dollars for a terrible experience. Management should be ashamed that their employees hate their job so much and show it to the customers and ruining our experience.

Original rating, 4 stars: We visited this CEC location on a Thursday evening around 6pm and it was almost perfect. There were not a bunch of kids running around and it was very clean with the exception of the Womens bathroom. The staff were very friendly and they were very diligent on fixing machines or refunding tickets that didn't come out of machine to their customers - good customer service. Prices on play time are decent, but the price on all the food is ridiculous. You could spend less at a Chili's or Ruby Tuesday. Overall, friendly staff and clean play area, but overpriced and bathrooms need...

Save your money and go to Stars and Strikes. Worst experience ever in all my years of going to this location. Today was the last time my family or myself will visit this location. I paid over $50 for terrible customer service from a manager. I paid to have the buffet for myself and my family, which ended up totalling over $20, only for the first pizzas to be placed on the buffet after 12, which the buffet hours are 11 to 2, and then watch adults get 6 to 7 slides of pizza for themselves, not children, everytime any pizza was placed on the bar. Pointed this out to two managers and nothing was done. We then watched people without wristbands walk up and place pizza on napkins and go sit down. Pointed this out to managers and again NOTHING. Upon arriving and paying for the buffets the young man asked if there were any pizzas we wanted to request, although we told him, once they were placed on the bar within a minute it was all gone, and we were sitting right by the bar. When I asked to speak to one manager, he said he had pizzas coming out and it would be a minute, ended up being approximately 30 minutes. The other manager (Lisa Holloway) told me she had to use the restroom and she'd "deal with me" when she came back, which she never did. Upon leaving I approached her again and she told me I can either refund your buffet or the children's but not everyone's. I did not get to decide or counter. She stated that she was short staffed because she didn't realize schools were closed today and had two managers making pizzas, herself at the counter, and a young lady stamping people as they came in. I was given a refund for my buffet which at this point I was so disgusted I picked my child up and walked out. The only bright said was the young black man that was clearly overworked trying to get people's orders and stamp people as they came in. He was very polite and apologetic for...

My family and I, have been coming to this location for years. My wife and I decided to take the kids here for the day. Upon arrival we noticed that they were busy, but never the less we have never had a bad experience. We placed our order for food and the unlimited play pass for an hour, and sat down to wait for the food to arrive. After waiting an hour for the pizza, I walked up front where I treated as if I were in invisible. Only after a nice lady that was paying, asked the girl behind the counter if she was gonna see what was wrong with me. I explained to her we had been here now over an hour and a half waiting on one large pizza, and she said hold on let me see about it. She never moved out from behind the counter to ask the workers in the kitchen, how much longer my order would take. After lowering my head to look through the hot pass window, to be greeted with what you need. I expressed that it has been an hour and a half for my large pepperoni pizza, only to be met with 10 more minutes. So I go back to the table and tell the kids, it will be 10 more minutes (which turned into 30 minutes). Finally my buzzer goes off to get my pizza, the crust is hard and burnt, but we ate it because at this point I was not willing to wait another two hours for a pizza. All the games were jamming up, not giving out tickets. The service team for the machines, were in no hurry to come and fix them. We just continued to play games, instead of letting it ruin our day. After getting our tickets from the games that were working, we decided to cash them in to their ticket machine. Out of 6 machines only 2 machines were working. I waited in line for an hour before they both jammed up. No one was in a rush to come and run jame them or fix them. Moral of the story, I will not be back to this...
