Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Columbus

We ordered our food at the drive thru, and the young man repeated back my order and asked me to pull around. We get to the window, I pay for my food, and I ask for a receipt, get one bag that has items missing. I continue to sit at the window, the young man comes back to the window, I explain that I'm missing items, come to find out he didn't ring us up for our ghost pepper wings. I was confused because he read back my order and asked if I wanted the meal or just the wings. The young man is talking to me with an attitude, rung me up for the wings, and I ask for a manager. The young man called another young man over, said a curse word. The manager came over, and I began to explain what's going on and the fact that the young man was talking to me with an attitude after he messed up and the fact that I was missing food. One of the most unorganized restaurants I’ve been too. Staff clearly doesn’t communicate with each other and tell one another when they have messed up. I had to call corporate because I was told they could replace my food when I dropped it, only to tell me the manager said they can’t. I went in the next day to get my refund and didn’t have my receipt but had the transaction on my phone. The manager that was there at that time told me he couldn’t give next day refunds but could replace my meal. Which is what the night crew should’ve done in the first place. The short light skin lady with glasses and wears a blue shirt is very rude. I was talking to one of the employees and she says “can I take their order?” Referring to people behind who weren’t even ready and I wasn’t even in the way. Me and my boyfriend come here like 1-3 times a month, Popeyes is definitely one of my favorite places to eat, and I almost always come to this one, the staff are so nice and friendly, I’ve came here a lot and nobody has ever even gotten a slight attitude or anything. Everytime we order the food is done no joke in less than 5 minutes. Out of all the times we’ve came here we’ve only had a wrong order twice and both times we didn’t get them fixed only because we didn’t say anything because they’re so nice. And that says a lot. I will always love Popeyes and always eat there. I only remember one employee’s name, Lori, she’s really sweet and friendly, she’s brought us our food to our table and then went back and got us more fries because she said we didn’t get a lot, and brought that to us too with honey for our biscuits.
