Please read before shopping here! I have read the reviews and thought I would give this place a try and it was the worst idea! Their promises mean NOTHING, and their delivery team is AWFUL! Do not allow them to deliver the furniture you buy even if they do it for free like they did me thinking I got a good deal! First the delivery team shows up at 8:30 at night knowing they are to build the bed set and just drop it in my garage barely speaking English and just leaves. After calling them back out due to NOT having a bed setup they finish at 9:30 at night to put it together all sloppy and the bed loose as can be due to NOT tightening all the bolts all the way and then the best part stripping 3 screws breaking wood pieces off the bed. I wish there was a way of attaching pictures to show what sloppy work the crew does. After all the headaches I go into the store speaking to Sam AKA which is the store manager finding out later he was one after I asked to speak with the store manager and Sam the store manager states “Nate is not here today” playing games on being manager. I explain to him what happened and all he wants to do is argue the fact it happens all the time and we will send someone else out. They send their team out the SAME people after requesting NOT to send them out. The crew comes out and drills different holes on my NEW bedroom set which makes the bed looser then originally and being a new bed that shouldn’t have been! I called into the store speaking with Sam again the manager to the point he’s rude and keeps interrupting me and says to send pictures in and they will call me back to make it right. It’s been 2 days and still no call, via email, or anything to make anything right! Please BE AWARE! DO NOT BUY...

Bought a dining room set a few months ago it was nice but the problem was more the customer service. Everything started with the delivery they promised friday delivery between 5 and 6pm. Past 6pm i called they said they are running late told me i could wait till 11pm or for next day. i told them i wait till 11pm, they never showed or called until next morning sayng they would be there this morning at 8am so i had to leave work to meet them. Few days after this my son sat at the table we bought and the chair seat fell off, i decided to check the rest of the chairs we bought cometo find out they wore all loose to the point i could just take the screws off by hand. i took pictures and went to the stores and showed the pictures to the salesperson and they got someone to come out to fix them all. To top it all off i had a chair replaced that got damaged during delivery and when i came to pick it up witch they said they would deliver i got greeted and told why i gave a 1 star when it wasnt even me. Overall the furniture is okay but the whole customer service...

Stay away!!! I ordered a sofa in Feb for delivery in April. I was told there was a small chance it would not be available but that the wait wouldn’t be long. In April , after calling 5 times, I was told it would be 6 weeks. Now in June I am being told it will be another month. This was not a special order piece or customized but they refuse to refund my money so I will have no couch for at least 3 months.

Worse than that is how I have been treated. I spent over $2500 in this store and was treated terribly. They won’t return calls and I truly doubt if I will ever get the sofa. Worse yet when I went to the store and asked them to provide proof my sofa had been ordered they called the police and said “ A Black man is being disorderly and causing a scene in my store” There are also multiple complaints of them taking money and not dealing with problems with...
