We purchased taco bell from this location twice this week both times we had issues. The first time there were 3 items missing from a $40+ order & nearly all the food was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. We did the survey and let them know as the line was to long to run back through due to time constraints. Tonight we decided to try again that was a mistake. There was well over $15 worth of food missing. This time I had to go back through the drive through ( inside was closed) There was a crunch wrap supreme and 2 grilled cheese burritos missing from a $49 dollar order. The line was so long that while waiting all the other food got cold. I was told they had remade the hard tacos & there is absolutely no way. They were so soggy the meat fell out the bottom of the middle. The bean cheese burritos had rice in them. I had specifically asked that the Mexican pizza not be put in the bottom of the bag. ( only the second time as they always smash the pizza so I had quickly removed it the first time. The pizza was smashed & cold. There were 3 soft tacos with no lettuce ordered 2 of them had lettuce. I asked 3 times for forks as we had cheesy potatoes & the pizza . We were given one fork five mild sauces and three napkins for a 19 item order. Read moreThis is the second time my issue at this location is about the handling of my debit card. Just went through the drive through and when I handed my card to the girl instead of immediately taking payment she put it on the ledge inside the window...yeah I SAW the phone that was on the ledge you put my card next to. She took another drive through order and when she was done picked my card up swiped it then handed it back. For clarification, the phone was laid flat on the ledge so guess they didn't know it could still be seen. I'm in an SUV, so I have a different view than a car. Not my main account which is a plus for me but I'm definitely going to be diligent checking it over the next few weeks. I'll definitely update if any mysterious charges appear on this account. First time, my son went to pick up our food and when he came home and I asked for my card he said they told him it was in the bag along with the receipt. It wasn't. Immediately, I went back up there, was told it was given back to him, then had to get belligerent only for them to walk to the back to mysteriously find my card. Read moreI have stopped visiting this location. The afternoon (lunch-time into mid-afternoon) is great. Food is fast, hot and made with care. STAY AWAY in the evenings. 4 out of 5 times you will be missing more than one item from your order or they will be "closed for shift change" or because "the cashier is taking a break." The dining area is rarely clean but so few people eat inside that a table and chair may have stayed clean from the previous shift. This is not an exaggeration at all. I try not to be overly critical or judgemental or bi-polar in my reviews, and I love taco bell, but a spade is a spade. If I owned this franchise I would shut it down immediately, relocate the daytime employees to a fully functional taco bell and fire the entire night shift and all of the management. I really cannot believe how long this has gone on. The owner and managers should be ashamed of themselves for not hiring and training more capable staff and for not setting even the most basic standards.
