Be careful. Bought a Schlage electronic deadbolt kit for $95 but it was missing the key, a plastic retainer plate for the limit switch, two necessary mounting bolts, and the non-mortise collars for both the deadbolt and the lever handle. I had looked inside the box and tested the functionality of the lock, so it did work, but when I started to install it I realized I was missing some important installation parts. Open up every box and look at exactly what you are getting, because one or two missing parts can make a great deal turn out to be a bad deal. Also, in early 2023 I bought a couple hundred feet of 5-1/4" baseboard molding. Later that year I bought a couple hundred more, only to discover that when I got it home and started putting it down, the profile was a little different than the first batch. Obviously they changed suppliers and the profiles were different but what they show on their sample board is the old profile. The new profile has more of a diamond shaped top whereas the old one had a rounded top. I was able to make it work by putting all the new profile upstairs and all the old profile downstairs, but just be aware that the profile might not match from batch to batch. Most everything you get here is functional, but you might need to do some additional work for it to be right. If you're able to spend time on "fixing" it, you...
Read moreFirst off the best employee is the delivery guy, poor guy has to deal with the bad communication of the employees not telling people it’s curb delivery…. I’m still trying to figure out why someone would pay for an item, then pay a hefty delivery charge just to have it delivered to the curb… secondly the customer service is horrible, I definitely feel bad for the owner whose business is going to tank bcz of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, the boy got an attitude and smart mouth, they don’t answer the phone that’s on the website, and when they do call back, they don’t acknowledge it’s Columbus Liquidation Center… he said “yeah did someone call this number” I was like is this your personal line, I’m confused? Also I purchased a tub surround that was in the box, all the pieces was there but or course once I got it home and completely out the box, it was previously cut… no I didn’t see that, but the girl stated that it was new and all the pieces was there. Third, when the manager did call back he said his name was Tim… then by the end of the conversation his named changed to Steven…. I will never ever shop there again nor do I even...
Read moreThis location has a lot of overpriced items... When you enter the building, the sign clearly says, " No refunds,No Returns all sales are final." Appliances were way overpriced for having dents and some having broken tops, cracked and broken pieces. My wife and I wanted kitchen cabinets. A lot of the kitchen cabinets were used and still had screws still in the wood. So after that,I looked at the husky toolbox they had in the back. This is just a standard homedepot toolbox. They wanted over 700 dollars for a toolbox that looked as if it fell off a truck. Went to Home Depot and found the same toolbox for 598 bran new. They had a large selection of items, but in my opinion, it was way overpriced. If you're a liquidation center, try making prices more reasonable. I wasn't impressed with this location, but to my friends out in ohio, you may come across a good deal with this place. But,if I were you try any lowes or home depot or menards for a scratch and dent sale,if your looking for Appliances. They are way more flexible with price and will deliver for...
