Good Chipotle is a relic of the past, and this location is a testament to that fact.
With the exception of the barbacoa beef, everything tastes like they forgot to put salt in it. Very bland. Half the items in your burrito might be cold depending on the day (especially if you order online). Portioning is often overly large, resulting in a burrito that won't stay wrapped. Wait times even in a small line are slightly absurd - it seems some of the staff have no sense of urgency. There are also new faces behind the counter constantly so they obviously can't keep staff - but that's probably more a problem with Chipotle as a corporation not paying their employees well enough rather than a management issue. The managers seem very friendly; they're probably overworked with staffing issues and that's probably what affects the service and food quality.
I would avoid this location, but really I mean that I would avoid Chipotle period. There is maybe one in all of Columbus that remotely tastes as good as Chipotle used to. Don't blame the management here - blame Chipotle, the corporation, for not paying their staff well. Qdoba is right down the street and it's 100x better. I bet their staff gets paid...

This never used to happen but recently when I pick up my online order at the given pick up time, I end up waiting for my food, watching patrons order and leave with their food. Normally when this happened, the friendly staff offers a free drink and an apology and it really makes it better. Today, the worker putting to go orders together was obviously overworked and needed help with online orders. I even thought about mentioning this to the other staff but left it alone and waited. After I finally got my food, ten mins after it was supposed to be ready, I get back to my office and there were vegetables I didn’t order on my bowl. This wasn’t even that big of a deal but I was pretty irritated. I went back and my bowl was remade, but accompanied with an attitude I did not deserve.
