Complete lack of urgency on the part of the staff in regards to getting you your drink in a timely manner. This has been something that I’ve experienced over the course of several visits, and they were not particularly busy during any of them.

Whether it be due to lack of training or management oversight, the staff always seems to be doing a lot of talking and discussing who’s doing what in their lives, and they never seem to grasp the idea of using two baristas at the same time to make drinks until it’s far too late.

Also, there appears to be a hyper-focus on the drive-thru to the point where those customers that order inside have obscenely long wait times. The number of vehicles that routinely will get their drinks in the drive-thru are way more in number than the number of vehicles even in the line at all as you’re walking in. They will take care of the drive-thru until there’s only a vehicle or two left in line before handling inside customers, regardless of when you walked in and placed your order at the counter. Again, this is something I’ve witnessed over the course of several visits, so it’s definitely not a “one-off” instance that they just happened to be having a bad day on.

Lastly, drinks here always seem to be filled less than normal in comparison to other Starbucks. I have on more than one occasion pulled the lid right at the counter and had a barista look at the drink immediately after picking it up and noticing how light the cup is compared to normal.

I’ve tried this Starbucks several times now in hopes that I was just having a bit of bad luck with them, but the patterns above are pretty consistent. If you happen to catch them when they are ”dead” business-wise, you’ve got a decent shot.

Otherwise? For just another 60 seconds of driving you can go up around the street to the Starbucks that’s off of U.S. Route 23 and deal with none of these issues, as that place is fantastically-run and operates MUCH quicker and smoother. The staff there are positively...

Listen, I never really post reviews unless I have a terrible experience but I must say my morning was completely ruined by a barista at this location. ill start off by saying I go to this Starbucks a lot and always have a great experience but this morning was nothing but that. I placed a online pick up 3 items where ready one was not. (not a big deal to me) so I just waited thinking it was being made. the lady behind the counter was changing the coffee and seemed extremely busy so I waited at the register assuming they where just busy and I didn't want to bother so I was waiting until they where ready to speak to me. that's why I stood by the register so it looked like I was just a customer waiting to order to be respectful. I then got glared at by her so I spoke up and nicely explained I was missing a drink (very nicely) she then stomped over to the pickup window and blamed me for placing a window pickup. then I nicely explained the rest of my order was at the in-store pickup table. she then brought the other drink over and slammed the straw and said next time you need to speak up and rudely said have a nice day. if any manger doesn't believe me watch your camera footage it happened around 2:00pm October 15th. Im definitely not a Karen just to complain at everything Im also in customer service and would never treat someone like that when I was doing nothing but trying to be respectful. I have to say, I have been going to this Starbucks as a regular since I moved here last October. This Starbucks location has really gone downhill in my opinion in the last few months. I feel like a quarter of the time I get really good drinks, and the other time it's undrinkable, and I end up wasting money and throwing my drink out immediately. The last 3-4 times I've gotten a coffee drink here, my drink ended up tasting like stale/old/bitter water downed coffee, only to be thrown in the garbage. I feel like the only safe thing I can get here is tea-related drinks, but then again I've also ordered Matcha lattes/ Chai lattes that have also tasted absolutely disgusting. I've wasted SO much money going to this specific location only to end up throwing out half the drinks I buy without even drinking them.
