Buyers Be-Where!!! I warn you when purchaseing furniture here. They give no refunds or exchanges, even if they can’t take the bed apart that they are selling. They used the wrong screws to put it together and then couldn’t get it disassembled. My husband even bought a drill but they used self tapping screws with an abnormal head. I purchased a bed on Friday 2/14/2025. I came the following day with a truck that I rented only to find out that the bed wasn’t disassembled. The gentleman who was working in the furniture area stated that he had been trying to get the bed apart for 2 hours. He said he would call a guy to get it taken apart. My husband and brother had to leave to pick up another piece of furniture in Alabama. The following Sunday morning a storm came through and a tree fell on our property taking the power lines down. I was dealing with the power company, an electrician, and a HVAC person because of the surge in our house. I couldn’t get to Joeys on Sunday because of the power line issue. The following Monday when my husband was back at work (Military) I went into Joeys to talk to them about the bed. When I went to the furniture section the bed was in the same spot and was still assembled. I honestly didn’t think I would have an issue getting a refund because they never took the bed apart and didn’t keep their end to have it disassembled on Saturday morning. I talked to the manager and explained the situation, only to be met with you paired for this and we will get someone to take it apart. I said no ma’am I rented a truck on Saturday and was there to pick it up. I no longer have the truck and my husband is back at work. Long story short they will not refund me and now expect me to go rent another truck and go pick it up weeks later. Joeys takes no responsibility for their inability and says that you the customer are responsible for taking the bed apart. No where on their walls or receipt does it say that. They still have the bed and won’t refund me! I am disputing it...

WATCH OUT !!! They WILL over charge. I'm so mad and frustrated with this place and it's workers. On Saturday 4/28/2018 at 1:03pm. My mother and I checked out, my mother bought a little tykes baby outdoor swing. The price was marked 10.00. My mother was charged 20.00 for the swing. We thought something seemed wrong. We got outside and talked about it, thought maybe we were wrong , so left. At lunch we talked about, me saying I KNOW it was 10.00, only reason we bought, cause of price, we can get a brand new one for 7.00 more. And for 7.00 more we would have bought new one. Well I called them, explaining the situation. Was told they would go thru tickets at closing. For me to call back on Sunday around 2. Since my mom paid and had receipt, she called. She was then told, he knew nothing about, yet they'd go thru tickets and look. He took her name and number, said they'd call. Well its now Tuesday still no word from a single soul there. When I got swing home, I noticed a little cicle tag, it has on it, 10.00. We have always loved Joeys, and spent lots of money there. Yet, after this, we'll NEVER step foot in Joeys again. To many other flea mall stores, who will be more than happy to take our money. What makes the most mad, besides the over charging, is the total disrespect and unprofessional attitude of the staff. They said they'd check on it, and did nothing. The booth we bought out of was 2nd one on right, when you enter the back. So I'm WARNING all, watch what they ring up, cause we are proof they overcharge. And again we will NEVER step foot in Joeys again. We are done with them, taking our money to other places. So DONE, and DISGUSTED !!!! You've all been WARNED, we will tell ALL our family and friends what happened. And I will blast this situation ALL over Facebook and other social...

Joey's Thrift Mall is an absolute treasure trove for anyone who appreciates the charm of unique finds and hidden gems. During my recent visit, I was delighted by the sheer variety of "nic nacs" and the diverse booths catering to different tastes and interests.

What struck me first was the inviting atmosphere and the friendly staff who greeted me with a warm welcome. Their enthusiasm for the store and its offerings was contagious, and it instantly made me feel at ease while exploring the different booths.

The range of items at Joey's Thrift Mall is truly impressive. From vintage collectibles to modern art, there's something for everyone here. Whether you're a collector, a decorator, or just someone looking for a special gift, you're bound to stumble upon something that catches your eye.

What sets Joey's apart is the passion and care that goes into curating their selections. Each booth reflects the unique style and personality of its vendor, making every visit an exciting journey of discovery. I was particularly impressed by the quality and condition of the items available, often at very reasonable prices.

Window shopping at Joey's Thrift Mall was a delightful experience, and I can hardly wait to return and make some purchases. It's a place where you can uncover hidden treasures and connect with items that hold special meaning. If you're in search of the extraordinary and appreciate friendly service, make sure to pay Joey's a visit; you won't be...

My Aunt refers me to Joey's due to my circumstances of being a single mom working 6 days a week just to make ends meet. Got a rca home stereo for the holidays, they tested it in store paid $70 bucks. They assisted with loading it into my vehicle safely, no bumpy ride or wires removed. I get home, the system has no sound, and the 5 cd changer wouldn't open. Someone pieced it together to get a quick buck, that was an entire days work throwed away. Joe in electronics said the seller would contact me to at least fix it, that never happened. Now I'm left ripped off and no holiday music for my family, be careful shopping there, quadruple check/test your electronics there, unplug it and plug it back in to assure you getting what you paying for. Life goes on but OUCH, I could have used that money to take my daughter out this week for fun since they outta school for a entire week. 😒 most reviews are likely from the sellers that profit, don't be fooled.

This place is more of a flea market than a thrift store. There are dozens and DOZENS of private vendor spaces. Prices varied wildly. It's a big place and was a little overwhelming for us, so make sure you have plenty of time set aside. I tend to enjoy thrift stores over flea markets because I can go to the sections that I'm interested in (in my case books and craft items) and avoid the rest of the stuff. With this type of situation you have to do a lot of looking through things you're not interested in to find what you want. If I'd known it was a flea market/consignment shop type place going in then we probably wouldn't have gone. If you like flea markets then you should definitely check it out, but if you're looking for a thrift store experience then I wouldn't recommend it. The lady who checked us out was also pretty unfriendly, so don't go in expecting a smile. 🙂
