I walked in for a hair cut, and was pleasantly greeted by a man, asked to sign in. Then a woman came out and said “are you ready?”. I sat down in her chair and she asked me what I wanted, I said “I’d like a trim and a little length off to even it out”. I then tried to get a picture on my phone for her to see, as my hair style currently isn’t much different. She made me feel rushed, so I never showed her the picture. she kept correcting me as if it was my first time getting my hair cut. I tried to make a joke to ease the unsettling feeling I had from her. I said “I am trying to grow it out but it doesn’t grow, ha”, and she corrects me and says “your hair grows, it’s probably breaking off”. She was snippy, and condescending. She began wetting my hair, and combing it, and said “your hair is shorter in the back, do you want it cut to that length?” And i said “I just want a trim”, and she corrects me again and says “a trim is a hair cut”. That’s when I told her I was going to get my hair done somewhere else, and she replied “are you sure?”. I told her I did not like this, that I was trying to be nice and she was not. She had nothing else to say and I walked out. I was so excited to get my hair done, it’s my birthday. I never even got her name. Will never return. I’m sorry she was so unpleasant. I went to Ohio from lockport ny for my birthday, I looked like a well groomed hippie. Hair down to the center of my back. I decided to get a haircut. So my brother- n- law took me to Razac and said I would not regret it. And he was right. The professionalism, kindness, and knowledge of Razac is beyond comparison. He was fabulous. Do not at any cost spend your money here. I had a younger man cut my hair and I’m pretty sure I may have been his first haircut ever. It didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing at all and gave me one of the worst haircuts of my life. Once I got home, I started to notice long patches and lines where my hair wasn’t faded properly.
