I went here on Sunday to get my nails done and Kim was very nice. I have a wedding Friday 4/18 so I went back Thursday 4/17 to have my toes done. However by Thursday the gel polish had already chipped and here it is Friday morning I am getting ready for work and my toe polish has chipped. Not to mention when I walked in I’m all nice like Hi and Kim acted like she never saw me before asking me what did I need didnt even say hi back. I’m like I told you I would return for my toes and then another lady zoomed through my toes so fast. I hate to feel this way but it seems like they were more interested in making sure their Caucasian customers were taken care of. The energy was completely different when there were a salon full of people vs when it was just the two of us. We sat for an hr talking about our kids and my eyebrows which are terrible as well and yet a few days later she didn’t even speak when I walked in. I’m convinced they gave me poor service so I don’t return and they got their wish. I hate to feel it’s racism but why treat me so different when there are all Caucasian people in the salon? This is my final time being treated poorly by Asians and spending my hard earned money with them. But do better it’s not right to treat...
Read moreI made an appointment online but apparently they don’t look at their online appointments because when I arrived the woman at the front acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about when I said I had an appointment. Then her husband did my pedicure with gel polish. He rushed through it, didn’t trim my cuticles and didn’t give the gel polish enough time under the UV light. So now 2 days later (I got this done on Sunday and it’s Tuesday) the gel polish is coming off which usually lasts literally lasts weeks if not months. To top it off he rushed through my dip powder with extensions and they aren’t smooth and are bumpy, they are thick, and there are gaps where the nail meets the skin. This place allows an unlimited amount of people to book online and then will take whoever walks in and not honor your appointment, then rushes through your service just to get it done. Also the woman at the front only wants to do dip powder and will try to get you to get that even when you want acrylic or gel. To top it off she’s rude. For $130 plus it’s unacceptable and I...
Read moreThe people that run this business operate with incredible grace and kindness. Not only do they do fantastic work, but each worker treats every customer with the highest priority. While getting my pedicure, I was witness to a customer coming in who clearly had the intention to argue and nothing more than that. The people working there were more than happy to show this customer their cleaning and sterilization processes, as well as even offering to accommodate if they were still uncomfortable. Nothing could be said to this customer to make them settle down and they ended up leaving out of anger, but the entire time, everyone in the salon remained professional and kind to this customer. I will always support a business that operates under the rule of treating everyone with kindness!!
The pedicure was also amazing!! I highly recommend the lime pedicure, especially for a refreshing summer relaxing moment. Thank you for all you do to...
