The Brass Hand is such an amazing hidden gem in Columbus. While it is a cactus lover's dream store, there is a little something for everyone. Beauty products to home decor to plant babes, this little store houses it all. Even amazing backdrops for photos. Every so often events are held and there is always an opportunity to book a group session in the potting room. Plus this is a woman owned store. Heather and her entire team go above and beyond for customers as well as the community. The plants and customer service keep me buying, but the community impact and social initiatives that The Brass Hand stands behind, for, and against are why I am a forever customer....

This place is amazing! The vibe is great with a healthy mix of plants and unique items. After my first time coming here I came away with a healthy mix of plants…mostly cacti. I don’t really have a green thumb so I went easy. Then I figured out cacti need sun and just a little water and you’re done! My wife and I have been back MULTIPLE times since and the staff is awesome. They are all friendly and knowledgeable on everything they offer. Did I mention they have a potting room? Rather than make a mess at my house I can pick a pot for my new plant and take care of it all right...

This is a very nice little shop with a pleasing aesthetic and very nice people running it. For the size of the shop they have a large selection of plants and pots. My only issue is the pricing. I have been to nearly every plant store in and around Columbus and these are some of the higher prices I’ve seen. I bought a 4 in cactus and a 3 in cactus, neither of which were particularly rare, as well as a plain 5 in terra cotta pot with saucer and...
