I don’t know where to begin other than to say Cub Shrub is hands down THE BEST. The assortment is unmatched—all my current favorite brands plus all the favorites I haven’t discovered yet in one amazing shop. I could go on about this HOWEVER the most incredible thing to me is their customer service. Here’s an example- I have a 1st birthday party this Sunday and needed to order a gift THURSDAY NIGHT. I knew that if I ordered from Cub Shrub it would not only be on time, but that it would be a day early. Why did I know this? Because they pick and ship orders literally within MINUTES of it being placed, EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. It is so beyond impressive —they are faster than Amazon with an assortment that blows Amazon out of the water. I choose to shop here every single time I need a baby/kid product because I know they’re going to deliver beyond my expectations. If you haven’t been, go asap. Whether you’re looking for a unique gift for a niece/nephew, want to be the talk of the baby shower or are a mom yourself, this store is UH-MAZING for off beat, designer, niche or unique kids stuff. As a relatively new mom myself, I’d never really had a reason to check out many children’s stores in the past. Discovering Cub Shrub was a total jackpot! Beyond the amazing, high quality selection of products they offer, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve received fantastic customer service every time I’ve visited the store, but they truly went above and beyond recently to help me ship a gift to a friend with a new baby. The onesie I had selected was the only one in stock in the size I needed and it unfortunately had a spot on it. I received a call explaining the situation, agreed to have the staff attempt to remove the spot, and received follow up texts (with photos of the product) to ensure that they were shipping exactly what I had paid for. Stellar shop with the very best customer service. Cub shrub CARES and LOVES the magic of childhood so much. You can see it in the way they run and decorate the shop as well as the products they pick. They have unique items that I've not found anywhere else. What's more is they have multiple cool things so it's a one stop shop - shipping was also lightning fast. They go above and beyond to make sure you find something that's perfect. In store, kids come FIRST. During the ongoing pandemic, Masked kids and adults can shop knowing the store is a safe place for them to explore.
