Tigertree — Local services in Columbus

There are a lot of 5 star reviews, and that absolutely has to be from people who ship local. I ordered online, and 4 days have went by and the store owner doesn't even know if my order was picked up, dropped off somewhere else , lost, or what. He is rude and condescending in replies. Acts like he's doing you a favor by selling you anything. Like you have to earn the right to get what you paid for, with shipping costs. News buddy, if you are going to run a store, you have to deal with lost packages. You can't NOT send people what they pay for because they are the 1 /100 that you decided to screw. I have never been treated like this by a store. It wouldn't be so bad if the so called Owner would at least try to make things right or act the least bit concerned. You live and learn. Contacting Better Business Bureau next. My advice: go ahead and shop there if you live local, but I see other comments on the rude people that work there.... Online? Don't risk ordering here!!!! Now, let's blast this store on Facebook and Instagram.

Edit. The guy finally refunded but kept shipping costs. Even though he admits the item is sitting at a USPS hub and wasn't shipped. Read that? This is easily my favorite store for gifts, accessories, one-of-a-kind finds, and thoughtful, well designed quality products. Seriously, I’ve lived in Columbus, Chicago, Atlanta, and San Francisco and I have never found a store quite like Tigertree. Their new location in Clintonville is so adorable and spacious and perfect for their selection of goods. Anytime I visit Columbus, I absolutely have to stop by Tigertree to pick up adorable cards, gifts for friends/family and (most of the time) gifts for myself. Josh and the rest of the staff are so kind and welcoming, and they have navigated the pandemic with grace, gratitude, safety, and intelligence. I always feel safe shopping in there and am so thankful to have a business like theirs in the Columbus community that is truly doing the right thing. I stopped in Tigertree's new location for the first time in the fall of last year. I was a big fan of the previous location and tried to support them during their closure during the pandemic, and was so excited to finally check out their new space. Having an autoimmune disease has really limited the number of places I feel comfortable shopping in person these days, mostly due to the number of other customers who can't read or be courteous enough to wear masks for everyone's protection. I felt very comfortable and safe shopping at Tigertree and I appreciate the owner, Josh, for being so strict and enforcing masks even if it isn't easy. I love the selection of gifts and found unique items for many of the people on my Christmas list.
