I will respond since my wife and I were the ones who actually had the negative experience at this business today. My wife is an avid needlepointer and was so excited to make the trip from San Antonio to Comfort. She has been talking about going there for several weeks.
We entered the store while I carried our LITTLE 12 pound dog. He is very gentle and is not aggressive. With seconds of entering a man at the counter yelled, “we don’t allow dogs, we have cats”. There was no exchange of words and I was embarrassed to be treated so rudely in front of other customers.
I quickly walked outside and my wife stayed inside the store. She was never greeted and was completely ignored as a customer.

Their computer inventory showed they had 5 tubes of my color beads but they were unable to locate them.
