Donât expect any kind of help from the Concord store and especially from âAshleyâ that works there. I inquired about renting a product from them and spoke to her directly. Was told Iâd receive a call back, never did. So I called to follow up. Was told they would not be renting to me despite me just paying off a 65â Smart TV from a different store prior to me moving. When I asked why they will not rent to me, the response was because I paid late once for the TV that I just PAID OFF. I understand if this is policy or if I had a balance with a previous store (which I do not). But to blacklist me from renting and just ghost me ? Unprofessional.
