Marshalls — Local services in Concord

I had a horrible human interaction that had me not want to go out ever again and my faith restored in humanity in the same store. There was a horrible customer who verbally attacked me about my crying infant, but the stores employees (and a few other customers) rallied around me and made me feel better. The manager was ready to kick the monster out but she left on her own. Than the manager went above and way beyond by doing something else. When burlington moved next door, I stopped shopping with you guys, but when I feel comfortable going out again, because of this manager I will make sure I do a lot of my shopping...

This location is the worst of all other retail establishments in this location. The store was almost empty of inventory, customers and staff. Cardboard boxes full and empty littered nearly every Dept. Though sales staff seemly more interested in sharing there weekend plans then helping customers. After much searching I found a mgr willing to help. Marshalls should be ashamed of this store and...

Not in love with this particular Marshall's. Things were a mess everywhere & didn't have time to search under other items hoping i'd find what i was looking for. I'll take the 20 min trip to Bedford Marshalls next time or go down the street to tj maxx. Only problem is Marshall's sells mens shoes & TJ Maxx does not otherwise...
