I wish there was an option to give 0 stars but since there isn't here we are. The worst customer service and business dealings I have EVER had. October 2nd I went into the store with my mom to purchase a sofa. There were limited options in the store so we were encouraged by the store owner, Julian, to order from a catalog. My mom picked out a sofa and Julian stated that it would be delivered Sat. November 7th (he wrote the delivery date on the receipt). It is now Dec. 23rd and there is no sofa. My mother and I have reached out the store multiple times for an update because there has been NO correspondence from the store since we placed the order. Long story short, the sofa never arrived, I called the store yesterday, Dec. 22nd (Tuesday) for another update and was told by Julian that at this point he had no idea when or if the sofa would arrive so he's offering all customers in this position the option of selecting something else from the store or a refund via check. I told him that I would opt for the refund via check and would come in today (Wednesday) to pick up the check since he stated that he would be in the store. Julian stated that he would go ahead and write out the check so that it's ready for me the next day. I arrive today and Julian isn't there nor is there a check. The worker that was there was very rude and stated that basically there's nothing he can do, and Julian won't be back in until Friday (although it is a holiday, Christmas Day and Julian had already stated via phone yesterday that they would be closed). I do not live in Conroe, in fact, it is over an hour drive for me to get the store so it is completely unacceptable to be given the run around. It's obvious that Julian and his workers have dishonest business practices so I DO NOT...

We had the best, most painless mattress buying experience at The Furniture Outlet today.

We went in, explained what we were looking for and tried out a few. The very helpful store owner showed us to a Texas made mattress that can be flipped and rotated to extend the life and create even wear!! (Something VERY few mattresses are made to do nowadays.) He quoted us an AMAZING price and we were sold.

We may had been there 30 minutes. The mattress was available to take home right then, which we did! We can not wait to sleep on it tonight.

After having such a horrible experience at another local store, (they have a very bad review for their deplorable actions) I was dreading mattress shopping. But The Furniture Outlet has changed my mind. I am recommending them to everyone I know and will be going to them for any furniture needs I might have.

Terrible. We walked in and immediately saw 2 people working. Both of them looked at us and said nothing. So automatically we didn't feel welcome. We're in the market for a couch, love seat, dining room table and a mattress so we thought this would be a great place to shop since they have all those things. Their prices are sky high and the quality was very poor. The couches were hard as a rock and priced at $2,000. My mom went to test out a mattress and the man (I'm guessing he's the owner) came over to us and stood there staring at my mother while she was testing the bed out. He just stood there and watched,.....said nothing ((very creepy and unnerving)) until I asked him if there was a problem. We will absolutely never go back...
