Young ones today, no people skills, customer service skills,.. the short young lady should be at the counter more… not the long hair bust down one. Not sorry, love needs TRAINING on professionalism, and customer service, it’s just not cute nor funny. my outfit was only a tad bit tight, maybe they shouldn’t take on more than they can handle, the lack of communication was by far unpleasant. I’ve been a customer of Live Oak for about 8 years. For all of one month of those years, I would give them 5 stars. The last two visits resulted in a vast downhill turn. First I pick up about $45 dollars of cleaning and they tell me that they tore one of the shirts. No biggie, they brought it to my attention and I said just call it even with the $45 dollar I owed and call it even. They agreed and I thought all was well. Well upon further inspection the next morning, I find that the shirt I wanted to wear had what seemed like a burn mark on the collar. I sent it back along with other shirts to be cleaned and asked them to fix the spot. When picking up the shirts, they charged me for their mess up and said that they had never had that shirt in their shop before. Enough said. I will say they must be under new ownership or...

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. They ruined my $500 dress and refuse to pay me the amount I paid for the dress. They want to replace my dress with a used dress. I do not want a used dress. They called me a liar when I went to pick it up. My dress was pink when I left it and it was yellow when I picked it up. They said it looked yellow in their cameras.
