If I could do zero stars I would. Let me start with the office staff because that seems to be the biggest problem here. They are rude, not helpful, very unresponsive. There were roaches when we first moved in. The paint job inside our apartment looks like a kindergarten class did it. There’s a hole in the brick in the side of the building that I’m sure is getting moisture inside the walls and likely causing mold. I have told them about this matter and they have done nothing. I’ve complained of abandoned cars being left in valuable parking spots and still they do nothing. The pool is always under repair. They claim to be a smoke free complex yet I have ashes on my patio furniture from the many adults that live above me. I don’t know what else to do. We can’t wait to leave this place. Worst experience I’ve ever had living in an apartment complex. Do not move here. Save yourself the money from the over charge in rent. Save yourself the headache of having to deal with the people that “run” it. I have a baby living in this God forsaken apartment. I fear for his safety. Who knows what’s in these walls or what kind of people are living around here that shouldn’t be. Pretty certain the people near me that moved recently were dealing drugs. They had crazy dogs that bite. I just think if these people care that little about what goes on here then the state of these apartments has got to be so bad. My family and I have been living here for 8 months and we have enjoyed our apartment very much. In my experience, service requests have been fulfilled fairly quick. Jessica’s always been helpful to me and Rolunda was the one to give us a tour when we first took a look at the complex. She did a great job of answering our questions and helped us select the apartment we’re in now. For several months before moving here, I looked at dozens and dozens of apartments all over Cypress, Tomball, The Woodlands, Spring and Conroe. Compared to other complexes that are very similar, the rates are very competitive, there is more square footage, the unit came with the washer and dryer, and our patio is huge. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious as well. Yes the apartments are older, however we see effort that is put forth in maintaining the grounds. When people are moving in and out, there unfortunately is often large furniture dumped at the dumpsters but there is not much that can be done about that all the time. Heavy trash can only come out so often. We’ve never had issues with bugs or roaches (we are back along the tree line and close to dumpsters). Now there has been a couple of times trash hasn’t been picked up and the pool has been closed on days it should be open, however I don’t have major gripes about that when it’s not a common occurrence. Finally getting around to doing this review!!! My boyfriend and I originally came to see an apartment with a lovely girl named Rachel. She was super sweet, showed us all of the AMAZING amenities (can I just say WOW to the dog park, pool and gym!!!), GORGEOUS apartment with epic features and seemed to really care about helping us find the perfect new home. (Not at all the experience we got from other apartments in and around the area). The manager Jessica also helped us on move in day with a couple questions and was also super kind and patient, even when they were busy and had a few other people they were moving in and helping! These girls give ROCKSTAR customer service and you definitely get what you pay for! Lastly, can’t forget the maintenance guy, (I think his name was Ernesto), who helped us with a maintenance request, which actually ended up being a user error type of situation on my part! lol Anyway, I know people usually only go on here when they’re mad or upset, not happy, so I had to finally come give a shout out to this crazy awesome team!
