I would like to start by acknowledging the exceptional service we received from Alicia, the sales representative at Perry Homes. She was consistently helpful, patient, and always available to answer our questions. Unfortunately, our positive experience ends there. The issues began once construction started. During the foundation pour, the crew ran out of concrete midway and had to wait over 40 minutes for a new truck in very hot weather. This delay resulted in a large crack across the entire foundation near the spot where they ran out of concrete. This was not a minor crack. Despite this, they proceeded with framing as soon as the foundation dried, covering the crack with tape and the framing itself, making it impossible for our inspector to fully assess the damage. Additionally, there was significant honeycombing around the foundation, indicating poor workmanship. We chose Perry Homes, willing to pay a premium because of their reputation for quality. However, the quality of both materials and labor we witnessed was subpar, leading us to terminate the contract. Despite the clear evidence of poor workmanship, Perry Homes refused to return any portion of the nearly $14,000 earnest money we had paid. The contracts, of course, are written to benefit the builder entirely. We have documented everything with pictures and videos and have consulted multiple inspectors who agreed the workmanship was poor. Although it passes inspection now, there's no guarantee on the foundation's performance in the years to come. Issues like moisture, mold, erosion, and further cracking are potential risks. We are deeply disappointed as we loved the home we were building but could not justify taking such a risk. Adding insult to injury, the house is now listed for sale at a higher price than we were paying, so Perry Homes stands to make a profit. The ethical course of action would be to return the earnest money (or at least some part of it), but it seems greed is a common trait among many builders.

★★★★★ Outstanding Experience with Perry Homes! Our experience with Perry Homes was exceptional from start to finish. Alicia, in particular, demonstrated professionalism, excellent communication, and a strong commitment to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable home-building process. The construction process was well-coordinated, adhering to clear timelines and providing regular updates. The attention to detail, from the foundation to the final finishes, was truly impressive. What set Perry Homes apart was their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our new home. I highly recommend Perry Homes to anyone seeking a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy home builder. We are thrilled with our new home and deeply appreciative of the dedication and craftsmanship that went into its creation.

Me and my husband had absolute pleasure of working with Alicia Harrison and we cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first interaction to the moment we secured the keys to our dream home she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, seamless, and successful home-buying process. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and strategic approach were unparalleled. She not only guided us every step of the way but also made sure our offer stood out in a competitive market. Miss Alicia was always available to answer our questions, provide expert advice, and keep us informed about every development. She listened to our needs, understood our vision, and worked tirelessly to make it happen. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we are now living in the home of our dreams, and we couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you achieve your goals, look no further than Alicia Harrison we are now living in the home of our dreams, and we...

Absolute worst buying , well can’t say that because they let us build a home all the way to 30 days out to close knowing we weren’t approved for the home, experience ever! Kristin and Alicia are super amazing but Perry Homes as a company puts themselves over the buyer! Extremely sad because they are pretty homes but in grand central the quality is poor and they don’t even care! RUN from this builder! Their project manager has no idea what he is doing and messes up left and right and just prays you don’t notice the construction issues. If you are thinking of buying a Perry home in this neighborhood or already have, watch everything they do and take pictures, most likely something is wrong and they won’t bother to tell you!! My mother just closed with this builder a few days ago and they gave her used appliances and poor quality floors and just all around construction and they do not care! Sad, can’t believe with the mess ups my family and immediate family experienced with Perry Homes that they are still able to build in...
