I am a former educator who moved to Conroe and was quickly in search of a Smoothie King. I initially found one near my home, but something was "off" about it. It didn't have a drive-thru, nor was it as friendly as a Smoothie King should be; they seemed like they didn't enjoy serving people. As I was going to a VA appointment one day, I luckily found another Smoothie King near the VA, but farther from home for me, but it was convenient for my appointments. It did have a drive-through, and the staff was highly courteous, so I found myself coming to this location at least three times per week (even when I didn't even have a VA appointment) yet I chose to go inside instead. :-) The staff here is AMAZING! They greet me like family, which makes me look forward to entering the store. I feel so fortunate to have found a place that makes me feel good whenever I walk in the door. Donald knows my order immediately by memory, which is extremely impressive!! Chrishay calls herself "my favorite" because she rings me up before I can finish placing the order-- extremely thorough!!! And Aman rushes to get my order whipped up PERFECTLY, topped off with a great message on the cup! (very thoughtful) .... I love these guys, and they should be acknowledged for making me feel like a Queen, even when I struggle to get going each morning. They are the breath of fresh air to keep me going in my new job role, outside of the classroom, and the new shift. They have proven that I will never visit any other Smoothie King in Conroe because they make my trip worth it! Kudos to Chrishay, Aman, and Donald for being Rock Stars in Customer Service and Satisfaction! I'm so glad that I found this location by accident because of this TRIO of Amazingness! They are indeed the BEST part of my week.....and not just Chrishay, but EACH of them "ARE MY FAVORITES" !!!!!!! :-) Keep up the GREAT Work!!!

Read moreWent in today around 2:50pm to place an order I noticed people were coming and leaving and I was not getting my order. I went up and ask about it and it was not ready. I asked the cashier to please refund me because I didn't understand why so to keep down confusion I asked for a refund. There was a random customer that began to say rude things to me and curse and no one said a word to him about it. I asked him to leave me be and he kept going making up things saying I was loud with the cashier and that is not true at all I'm sure the have cameras to prove what I'm saying. I got upset and yelled and and cursed this stranger back because he inserted himself into something he had no idea about. What I'm not going to do is allow no random stranger disrespect me. All I wanted was corporate number and a refund so that I could leave but the manager decided to escalate things by coming from around the counter cursing and yelling get out of her store. She was already upset anyway yelling at one of the employees. I felt threatened by this man and no one did anything to stop him she only threatened me with calling the police about a situation I did not start. During the escalation the other cashier decided to tell me corporate information is on the receipt. Guess what they kept the receipt how am I suppose to contact them. In my opinion this entire thing could have been avoided if the manager had told this man to stop when he started instead the blame was on me after trying to defend myself. He definitely was a threat with the horrible things he was saying to me ALL RACIST yet he was not told to leave and got service . I will tell everyone I know not to go there it was unacceptable to allow this idiot to speak to a women in the manner he did. Read moreStopped here for hoping to get in and out in drive thru. Right away when I pulled in I noticed 2 employees sitting in the dining room eating Whataburger : /. I know everyone has to eat and should have a break I just don't agree with employees eating and serving food. Anyway, I placed my order and was told $9.?? for a 32oz. It took 10-12 minutes (no cars in front on me) for the server to return with my order but right away I noticed the cup size was 20oz. When I questioned he says we charged you for 20oz but we'll give you a 32oz. Another wait 5-6 later he returns and I drive off taking a gulp and realized that was NOT the smoothie I ordered so I turned around and went back. This time I walk I side and explained my smoothie didn't taste "right". The guy says "oh, I gave you the wrong g order." geesh. I made it back to my car and was leaving g again and tasted the smoothie and it didn't taste right either so I circled bak and went inside. AGAI N I explained my smoothie did not taste right so the young girl states we can give you your money back or make another. AGAIN I waited, this time I received my correct order and size and it tasted fine. Too bad it took a whole 45 minutes to get 1 smoothie order correct.i walked away thinking these were children left to run a million dollar store and shuttered.
