Target Optical — Local services in Contiguous United States

I can't say enough great things about my experience here. First off I showed up late and Sara greeted me and said they would still see me. She made everything so simple. I went in to see Dr. Crenshaw and he was by far the best doctor I've seen to have an eye exam. So friendly and personable he just made me very comfortable the whole time and I can't imagine going anywhere else. After he was finished I went back out to Sara where she answered every question I had and offered to help me with everything I needed. I took up 2 hours of her time and had her undivided attention all the way up until they closed. She made everything so easy on me and helped me understand how my insurance works and what it covered and explained thoroughly all the different addon features I could get for my lenses. Prior to my visit here I've always hated this whole process and was not looking forward to going through it again. I don't get the full use of my vision insurance because of this, I never want to go... I won't have that problem anymore thanks to Sara and Dr. Crenshaw and look forward to going back! I ended up buying 2 pairs of sunglasses and a regular pair of glasses as well. Thank you so much for such an awesome experience. If you are looking for somewhere to get your exams or glasses, go here! Even if you happen to find somewhere cheaper or a sale I would absolutely pay more for this kind of service and...

This is my favorite Target Optical! Every time I go, no matter who is working, they are so kind and clearly care about the customer. Today I went in just expecting to get a copy of my prescription in order to purchase Rx sunglasses through a lesser known website expecting it to be the cheaper route. Before getting me the copy of the Rx, Sarah made sure to ask what my plan was, where I was looking, and how much I had in mind. She ended up saving me $40, which then allowed me to use the total of my budget to add the protection plan. When I came in, so only asked for the copy of the Rx, but she went out of her way to see if there was anything else she could do and ended up saving me tons! If you need glasses of any kind, I'd consider this Target Optical. Whether you get your exams done there or not they put in so much effort to help... I actually ended up transferring to get my exams done through them as well!...

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone at this Target Optical! I've lived here for six years now and this is the most consistent care provider I've had because they always deliver. Dr. Crenshaw saw me all through college and after, adjusting my prescription as I started to get more into my degree which required hours upon hours of staring at a computer screen, and always remembered what my career is and what my needs were for my eyes to keep them healthy and not strained. Sarah is a kindred spirit - we have the same name and are always wearing or looking to buy the same frames! She is extremely kind and knowledgeable when making decisions during the buying process - it's always nice to have a familiar face helping you.
