I had a Motorola Z4 with a completely shattered screen, inputs were totally unresponsive - it was a mess.

Asked for an estimate, and it was far more reasonable than any other service location in my area, so I brought in my phone and was told the part would be in either tomorrow or the next day.

The part came in the next day, but due to a slight miscalculation upon installation, the newly installed screen had a persistent horizontal line through the vertical of the screen about 15 20% of the width -also known in the technical field as a "whoopsie."

They inform me that another replacement part would not be available until the next week, but the screen was usable now and I was welcome to have my mostly functional phone back until the part came in - and they would replace it for free.

When I brought it back the next week, the process didn't even take them an hour, and now I have my phone back in practically brand new shape. They were responsive, quick, inexpensive, and completely forthcoming with me about the process.

If you're a tourist in St Augustine, Florida and do you happen to drop your phone on George Street and pick it up to see the screen is a stained glass mosaic? Bring it here, and you'll be very likely to get it back in your hands "good as new" well before your vacation ends (and without having to cut it short days earlier to compensate for outrageous price gouging).

I had the absolute BEST experience w/ these guys! SUPER friendly & helpful & will do what ever it take to get the job done & make sure that you walk out of there more then happy I called because i Shattered my rose gold iPhone 6s screen I was calling around getting quotes & I called there & not only did they match the lowest price for me @ the time they didn't have a white screen to put on my phone they ordered it & had it in the next day i dropped my phone off @ lunch about an hr later I got a call stating it was done I went & picked it up after work it was like brand new unfortunately late on that night when I go home I was scrolling & my phone froze up & then the screen went black I was freaking out I brought it back in the next day @ lunch & these boys were AWESOME they took it right back no questions asked & they didn't have another white screen in stock & told me unfortunately it would be another day before they could get 1 in but they put a black screen on my phone so I didn't go w/o & made sure I was happy & while sitting in their lobby there wasn't 1 person that walked out unhappy these guys are the best & are now the only people I will let...

Let me just start by saying this: If you need any smart devices repaired and if you use Apple like our family, we know you do… Use TechHospital, especially this location in STA by Target. Not only are the prices better than anywhere else we’ve checked but they’ve offered discounts and helped us out more than once. We have any and all Apple products you can think of but our 1 year old of course broke the most expensive, our iPad Pro 12.9. So big screen… They gave us a great price, they would text us updates and let us know when we picked up about other potential issues that may occur over time. Now we are going back for the same iPad but this time for the battery. Called right before close, still got a quote with a friendly attitude. Really can’t say it enough, great people, great place, great price. The goto tech repair. Lastly id just like to say that even though im from STA I live in Palatka with my family and the only thing that brings us back without frustration is TechHospital. Thank you guys...
