Flickertronics — Local services in Saint Augustine

A few weeks ago my computer crashed and I could not do anything. I had already lost a few very important documents. I had several pending deadlines I had to meet. I went to Flicker ( first time I had been there) and he was so professional and so nice. He told me he would get the documents off the computer so I would not miss urgent deadlines. He stopped what he was doing and got me the documents before I left. I left the computer with him and in just a day or so he had me up and running better than it has ever run. He and Mandy were awesome! They take their time with you and explain everything. They are knowledgeable and fast! Saint Augustine is so fortunate to have Flicker! I called and spoke to them about my computer. They claimed it would be a quick easy fix. Couldn’t even fix my computer. Googled how to fix it as if I hadn’t already done that. Would NOT recommend to anyone. The company’s reply to my comment says I received a coupon and various information that was NOT given to me. I did not get a coupon or any sort of recommendation. I was told to see another company for my repair which after my horrible experience I would not take a recommendation. When I showed up to get my laptop, my things were all over the place with other customers items on top of my laptop and it’s case. I haven’t physically been to flickertronics, but I felt obligated to leave a review. I was hesitant to call based off a couple reviews I read where people said the lady up front was rude. I called a few minutes ago and spoke to the lady who is up front and answers the phone. I thought my question was silly and even stated it before I asked her if they repaired iPads. Her response was very kind and she assured me it wasn’t a silly question and confirmed they do not fix ipads and gave me a few suggestions of who would!
