My new favorite BBQ place!!

Well, it’s not exactly new, just a new name. I have been coming here for years, and the food is outstanding. The owners and staff are always focused on great food, exemplary customer service, and a clean & well kept restaurant. (This day and age, that is a rarity.) I am on the road throughout metro Atlanta 5 days a week, and I eat at different places all the time. So anytime I’m near SmokehouseQ, I make a point to eat here for lunch. I have been to many other BBQ restaurants, but I keep telling my coworkers and friends about this place. They have never been dissatisfied when they eat here. As far as my favorite dishes, I usually get the sliced brisket plate or the pulled pork plate, both of which are perfect. The potato salad is just like my moms, which is the traditional southern potato salad. Its always fresh and has the perfect flavor and consistency. The Brunswick stew is really good! I order it every time I eat here, and its always delicious. Some of the other places I eat at just throw leftovers in a pot and call it Brunswick stew. Not this place! I can tell they are intentional about making it perfect every time. If you are in the mood for some BBQ, don’t think anymore and try out SmokehouseQ. You will not be disappointed. The next time you’re in the mood for bbq and you’re in the Cobb/Fulton area north of Atlanta check these folks out.

The customer service was spot on. Lily (I hope I spelled it correctly) was friendly, courteous and attentive. I ordered for 5 people. She recorded the orders and read them back. I sat in the car while I waited and before I could step back in Greg was walking out with my massive order.

When I got home and everyone sat down to eat “hmm-hmm” was repeated constantly. Translated, the food is delicious. On my table was pulled pork, brisket, ribs, and chicken. There was an assortment of sides, including collard greens, coke slaw (with just the right amount of mayonnaise) and mac n cheese.
