My latest visit to autozone was to have my battery checked .since I started having problems with it. I new my battery was still under warranty.! since the whether started to get cold my truck no wanting to start or barely starting all the time so went there to have my battery checked .there was a young guy helping me .brought the battery over wich he proceeded to check he then told me the battery was good and he added to bring the truck in to have my alternator checked wich I did and the alternator was good he said! Also he said tha my truck must had an electrical problem. Which I believed at that time . I waited about a week driving my truck having the problem all the time .then went to a different autozone and had my battery checked again which the gentleman told me that the battery was bad because it was charging at 65% of its capacity .so it had bad cells in it. Which he exchanged for a new one since I still had about a year left on the warranty this is not the first time having exchange autozone batteries but last time had to pay a fee since the other warranty was almost over. On 01/23/2021 trans#365834 On my latest visit to this autozone we keep on getting bad experience s so we were talking to the sales representative wich he showed a kind of bad pushy actitud towards mi and my brother in law since we were talking in spanish and at same time ordering (in English)the parts for my 2004 chevy silverado. Read moreYesterday 9 Oct 24, I went to Autozone @ 7890 Kitty Hawk Rd, Converse, TX 78109 to get my car battery tested and charged. As I pulled up one of the associates (Corey) was outside assisting a young female customer. Realizing that she was a young underexperienced driver, he was amazing! He treated her as if she was his own daughter by carefully explaining the importance of maintaining the correct fluid levels in her vehicle and providing other fatherly advice to help keep her safe on these crazy roads. So, after witnessing that transaction, I went in for my battery. And Daniel, the associate on the inside took care of me in the same courteous and professional manner as Corey did with the other customer. He tested the battery and then took it and put it on for a charge. Oh yeah, I also needed a rear windshield wiper, so he looked it up to confirm that it was the right one and even offered to install it for me. I told him thanks but my vehicle was at home and he even said that if I wanted to go get it and he would install it when I got back…now how’s that for CUSTOMER SERVICE??? And now back to the battery, yeah, it was bad and needed replaced but I have “NEVER” witnessed or received such amazing and spectacular customer service anywhere, to include any of your other stores. Read moreSo this afternoon I was running a few errands and was filling up my car with gas. I go to start it and I get a couple clicks. No warning nothing. So I call this auto zone across the street from me and let them know my situation. I am disabled and I have people just walking by me with my hood up. Not one offered to help me, despite seeing me with only part of my right arm. The workers at this Auto Zone were not just good, but they were absolutely GREAT. Noah was the gentleman that helped me over the phone, plus he asked his manager if he could bring a jump box so I could get my car to them and they could get me on my way. Noah, the manager, and the lady all were more than just great. They were all angels from above that went beyond their jobs to help me out. They made sure I had cold water while I waited inside also. I would highly highly recommend this certain location if you need anything to get you on your way. Noah, your manager, and the awesome lady, thank you thank you thank you.
