Pharmacy. Y'all should be ashamed of yourself. The way you talk to people and act like we're just supposed to know stuff. Because we're all I guess pharmacy technicians now. And I get don't even start with no one your insurance knowing that your doctor's responsible for authorizations all of that right. I'm talking about how you guys treat us as customers. You don't even treat us like customers you treat us like dogs. You act like we're inconvenient all the time. If y'all are overworked y'all need to start saying something to Walgreens don't take that s* out on us. If I get an automated email saying that my prescription was delayed and if I need information to contact Walgreens and I contact Walgreens and you guys are completely rude like all we need to order it. I get that. That's what we called and did yesterday so I'm trying to verify is this email and automated email or text or is it really out of stock and I need to ask my doctor for a different script we're going to get it tomorrow okay so then tomorrow when we don't get it then what do we do because now it's Friday so now I'm 10 days without my prescription but whatever I mean why would you all care right it's not your problem you're not the one that is the insurance you're not the one that is the drug company you're just the middleman. And yeah I'll probably get dumped on but that's the job you chose work for somebody who's not the middleman. y'all are disrespecful. Y'all think it's not my job not my probl problem but it is it is this is what you got hired for as a customer service representative. Did you tell the company during your interview that when a customer ask you a question that's not related to the company you work for but still part of your job qualifications that you're just going to refer them to somebody else other than yourself. No I don't think so so stop trying to act like we're inconveniencing y'all because y'all are overworked. I'm cool though cuz y'all were closed just like all the other pharmacies and we can go back to Mom and pop's. Mom and pops all day...
Read moreThis place is , ridiculous, I ordered online. They said my products were all in stock. They sent me an email to pick it up. A product was not in stock. I asked them if I could simply replace it with a different color same identical product. They told me that they could not do that, because even though it showed they were charging me on my card already charged me the full amount telling me that they couldnât do it because they would be giving me A product for freeđ§ I didnât quite understand that. They told me I could make a completely different order when I tried that it said I had to spend more money because I hadnât spent enough to get a pick up order which I said was ridiculous. Then they said I could cancel this and re-order but they wouldnât give me my refund until a week later so instead of spending $20 they wanted me to spend 40. This store is absolutely insane. People need to be able to think on their own. They seem to say corporate wonât let them do it well, guess what thereâs certain things you have to do for a customer that corporate probably would OK you just have to have the balls in order to take the...

I went back latter that day to pick up since it takes them a few hours to get them together. When i got there they told me they didn't have one of them and wouldn't for a few daysđĄ Of course I didn't think that was nice of them one bit... I got upset and told them they could have called me so i could have gone somewhere else... Not Cool At All !!! Then the lady working told me i should have received a courtesy call but i never did... She said a computer should have picked up on it and made the call.. Lol.. Why should a computer make the call and not a caring worker i asked?? Then she just walked way and left me all alone. I spoke to her coworker who said she should not have just walked away from me... Thanks Walgreen's for truly caring for my...
