Do not recommend. First, I’m HUGE on good customer service and will happily pay OVERPRICE for someone who loves their craft and cares about the details, but this is not the place to be if you’re looking for quality. I requested an angled bob (very blunt), and my hair longer in the back, instead of the regular stacked look I absolutely dislike. Any simple “requests” I made were ignored, like using a different brush to blow dry and style my hair. This made me feel she didn’t care to hear my needs. Savana did not check in before making final cuts in the front or back, which was way too short. I was burned twice with the flat iron. There wasn’t enough conditioner during the wash so my hair was sticking when brushing it out. When I mentioned to Savana there hadn’t been enough condition, she said it was that my hair was damaged. The results: very uneven angle and super short in the back. Not what I paid for. She had admitted after the owner stepped in to “save” the hair, she didn’t really know how to cut my kind of hair. Since I was so unhappy with the cut, I asked for a discount. Instead of taking ownership and offering a discount, she pushed for me to pay FULL price and come back again for a free hair cut done by her personally. Eventually she settled for a discount. I did not feel the situation was handled fairly or kindly. I understand she spent time on my hair, but the cut was worth about $20. While I was in the chair I felt I was just another hair cut, no one enjoyed their job, and if there was a problem it was 100% not the stylist fault. My recommendations to the owner: have your stylist check in check in check in with your customer multiple times to make SURE you’re both on the same page and it’s what they want before making the cut. Conversation was good, but the main focus is always the hair cut. If you want repeat customers, do what they like, not what you think will look best. Best of luck to your team.

I got my hair cut at the end of May 2019 and STILL to this day, when ever I walk by a mirror, I have to stop and marvel at how amazing the cut made me look. My hair was cut by Alexandra and sculpted by the owner, Demi. Even grown out, my hair looks amazing and is a testament to their talent.

I had a life changing experience at TCG when I went. For the longest time, I had given up on my hair. It's both thin and fine, and I lost a lot of it at the front of my head due to an unhealthy weight loss. I would comb it back and tie it up in a pony every day, or wear a head band. I never felt pretty with my hair, and I avoided taking a lot of pictures. I accepted that I was just never going to have a nice hair style and even pictured myself wearing a wig for my wedding.

I poured out my feeling to Alexandra and Demi and they proceeded to wrap me in a warm blanket of love and support. I was pampered, reassured, and given new life. They both took the time to explain to me everything they were doing to my hair, which made me feel like they really knew their stuff and it built my trust in them.
