Just meh. We have gone a few times since they opened. Every time we find the experience disappointing. Just like Ross Dress for Less, this is a sad TJMaxx want-to-be... The worst part is the air conditioning unit... When the store was Staples, it was always nice, crisp, and cool. The air smelled fresh and clean... Now, the unit makes an awful humming sound, it's bordering on uncomfortably warm, and the air smells stagnant...
We overheard, what seemed to be a manager, asking another group if they needed the restrooms unlocked... The fitting rooms were also locked with a gate... Patrons shouldn't have to ask to use the restroom (it's highly embarrassing) and fitting rooms should be manned by an employee and readily accessible.
We will still go and see if the experience improves... But, for now, we aren't getting...

And like others have stated, no one to open the bathrooms, which I find crazy. If you are going to lock them at lest have a representative close by at most time.
