COACH Outlet — Local services in Conway

I was discriminated against because I was in regular clothes and not looking professional or whatever they were looking for to sell their outlet stuff. One woman followed this guy around who wore a polo shirt and seemed interested in everything. I have money but like a more pedestrian look for comfort, however I was receiving no help from this woman with blonde hair who I think is in her 70s. Well, long story short, I had only about ~$600 in my hand and I needed assistance and was not going to get it so I cashed out. The manager of the store seemed genuinely concerned when I wrote an email but more wants to save the reputation of her store. They could have made another grand easily but the old woman with the blonde/white hair made me uncomfortable so I left with very little. This is very an unprofessional and inappropriately run outlet. With the malls shutting down it's very sad we have to deal with people who treat others with intentions to buy, like peasants. I have staff, I don't wait for them...

I would like to start by saying I love my bag that I got from there... BUT.. the customer service was HORRENDOUS!!!!! This older worker saw my fiance and I walk in and she came up and told us about the sale which was nice but then she kept saying to me how the clearance is in the back and is more affordable ... She said it I don't know how many times... SO INSULTING! I know I was not dressed up that day at all but seriously I wanted to be like sweetheart stop judging me by what I'm wearing. I have a good salary and so doesnt my fiance and it was horrible how she would make someone feel like that. My fiance was so mad ! I went into the N. Conway store to look at briefcases. The salesperson approached me, asking if I was famiar with Coach. I said yes and that I was just looking and pricing-a polite way to say "I did not want sales assistance. THREE times she came back to engage me! I could not decide if she was just being overly persistent/not listening; or maybe, watching, in case I was shoplifting. Either way, at 58 years old, a professional, with disposable income and, yes a "familiarity" with Coach, as I have a closetfuI, I was annoyed and insulted by her sales approach.
