Sip and Sweets — Restaurant in Conway

I was the only customer and asked for the bubble waffle. The young man "serving" spent the entire time on his phone. Whilst he made the waffle the phone was propped against something on the counter. Apart from taking the order he spent the entire time staring at his phone. The waffle itself was oily / greasy and tasteless, and the restaurant area was very cold and unwelcoming.

Just to reply to the owner: I appreciate that you have taken the time to reply, and I think you could have a great business, especially if you are taking notice of feedback :-) If they had explained they were making a video then I wouldn't have minded, but they were literally looking at their phone the entire time. Some interaction would have been good as the only thing they said to me was the cost...

New to this area and so good! We got a Green Glow (matcha lemonade), Thai Tea Latte, and one of their bubble waffles, and they were so good I came back the next day. It’s so rare to find somewhere that does real matcha (actually measured and mixed), and real Thai tea (with condensed milk and not too sweet!), and real Hong Kong style egg waffles - this was such a treat. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks if you have questions, and the atmosphere is welcoming with such a fun aesthetic. Perfect place to get a drink when you’re shopping...

I did the same as the previous reviewer and went in as soon as they opened. I ended up trying their (real) matcha over ice and the mixed berry cheesecake... Holy wow! Hands down, THE best matcha around!! As for the cheesecake, not only was it the perfect size, but it was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had! These fine folks at Sip and Sweets really know what they're doing! And they're incredibly kind, to boot! I highly recommend stopping in to get your sugar fix! You definitely...
