Buckle up folks, this will be a gooder. I walked into Denver Mattress yesterday with 100% confidence that I was NOT purchasing anything. I just wanted to lay my not bikini ready behind on some mattresses to see if something tickled my fancy, and furthermore eradicated my back pain from years of neglect, but mostly a jacked up C-spine and scoliosis. I was always told a medium-firm to firm mattress is what was best for my back, but honestly I was never into them. I prefer something soft, like a babies bottom, a bed made of feathers and happiness, something along the line of princess and the pea... I get there, Erik (who spells their name with a K, that's just wrong) walks over, asks me some questions and puts me in a mattress that I can only describe as Heavenly. I swear I was 2 minutes away from immaculate conception just from the mattress alone. Then he threw my back and legs up with a motorized bed frame and that's when it happened. I saw my future flash before my eyes, a wonderful life of great sleep, no more under eye bags and a yearning to spend my days off relaxing in bed instead of vacuuming up whatever my toddler made a mess of. I knew I was already sold on the bed frame, who doesn't want 20 gigahertz of vibration coursing through their mattress while they drift off to slumber (yes the bed frame was vibrating..... and I was into it). Now to figure out the mattress, I am still day dreaming about the first mattress he put me in, but I'm a mom and kids are expensive so I went with a comparable one, BUT have the option to swap out if necessary. Thank goodness for love it or bring it the eff back policies. So very long story short, Erik (still hate the spelling) was wonderful, wasn't pushy, allowed me to dance around the store like the wonderful lunatic that I am, bouncing from mattress to mattress and asking way too many questions. I absolutely recommend going to see him. But let me warn you, you will walk away with an adjustable bed frame, bc I swear to all that is good in this life, there is nothing better. 10/10 recommend. Make sure to tell him his name is spelled wrong,...

Yesterday, my husband and I returned to Denver Mattress, as another mattress is needed in our home. Just like our previous experience, I knew exactly what I wanted. We were greeted by James Wynne and he asked questions, made suggestions as the Sterns and Foster I wanted was out of my price range. So, he suggested the Dr.’s Choice. I sat on every one, and said no, too hard. So he said, ok, just walk around, let me know what you like, any questions, let me know. So I sat on a pure foam bed and liked it. But getting out I felt the side. So, we said, hey, let’s just get a topper to put over our existing bed, $200.00. My husband was thrilled….. I was not as they had cooling in them that I don’t like. James approached us, as we are buying the adjustable frame, not knowing they have been upgraded. He said, I don’t think you tried the top of the line Dr.’s choice hybrid bed yet. So he gave me a pillow, by the same “Doctor” and I was sold on that pillow. I laid down, he hit the remote and a lumbar support came up and I said this is THE ONE! Now, my husband said out of our price range…….so James worked his magic, gave us every option to get the price to what we had in mind to spend. AND, I have 4 mos to try it out, and if it’s not working, it can be swapped out….. AND, if my wonderful mattress goes on a deep holiday sale within 4 mos., I get the difference of the price I paid and the sale price back in a check. BINGO!!! I just want to recognize James for making our second experience exactly like our first. Affordable, high quality, the pillows…….and the game changer, the adjustable frame that also vibrates….. AND, if you have a handy hubby, just pay a few bucks for the bed to be dropped off, and save $150!! Thank you James for being patient, as I was all over the place, not only in the store,...

Annette, our sales associate, has a vast knowledge of mattresses & adjustable bases. I have ever met. That along with her patience even when we left & returned several days later again, she even called us just to check in & see if we had any further questions. I had researched online & had a written list of questions. She gave direct answers & explained everything I asked in full. She truly was one of the best furniture sales associate. We never felt pressured. She was welcoming & allowed us as much time as we needed to find the absolute best bed for my husband & I. Buying a split adjustable king size bed cost as much as a new roof on our house!

Both my husband & I were relieved we weren't passed from one salesperson to another. Annette was so kind to return my texts/phone call during her next workday. My first college degree is in retail & I couldn't find anything she could have improved on.

I should also note, due to my physical limitations my husband had visited several furniture stores in our city, in an effort to eliminate stores he felt were not worth taking me to. During his previous visit to Denver Mattress he had talked to the store manager. This gentleman immediately recognized my husband when we both visited the store, he said hello but that he could help us after he finished up with the customers he was with or that we could work with Annette. He then really surprised me by saying,"We don't work on commission here, so you are free to work with any of the employees."

I would highly recommend the Conway, Arkansas, Denver Mattress to anyone. Annette played a huge part of purchasing our new bed & mattresses from them vs the other...
