DO NOT BUY HERE!! I’ve been waiting almost a month for a bed frame that I was told in store on the date of purchase I’d get delieverd the next week. An hour later I was called and told it’d be ‘a couple of weeks’ and that the one they had in store was going to be put on the floor so I wouldn’t be getting it after all. I also purchased a mattress and box spring, which was in stock, so that delivery then had to be delayed as well. Approximately two and a half weeks later after hearing NOTHING from the store I called and was told the frame would be here ‘late November’, mind you at this point it’s the second to last week of November. I asked if there was a way to get a more specific date and was told no, I was advised to call back in a week and check again then. Today I called again to check on the order and was told it’d be delivered ‘early December’. I explained that I had called last week and was told it’d be here ‘late November’ and how I had been told at first it was going to be delivered the next week, then got pushed back ‘a couple weeks’. I expressed frustration and wanted to know a concrete date, I was advised to call in another week, which would be 12/5. I made the purchase on 11/9, so that would be four days from a month since the purchase was made and not only did I not have my furniture but I had no date on which to expect it. I asked to speak to a manager and after holding approximately 7-8 minutes I was passed to my original sales person. He said the frame I was initially promised, but they couldn’t give to me due to it being a sales model WAS STILL IN THE BACK!! He said he’d call a manager and see if they could release that to me, then he’d call me back. After over an hour of waiting for a call we called back. We were told the manager said that bed frame could not be released to us. They said they estimated they could deliver something to us by next Wednesday or Thursday, if the frame they are waiting on to arrive will be there by then, why can the not go ahead and release the other frame to us? I don’t believe I’ll be getting my frame next week, but we will see. Either way this has been a long, arduous, uphill battle to try and get the items I paid for. I do not recommend any one buy here unless they want to deal with stress and no certainty when it comes to items you’ve shelled out your hard earned money for.
UPDATE: I was contacted by the GM Tony early Monday morning (12/3) but was at work so I missed his call. My boyfriend called him back and Tony apologized for what had happened, he said the bed frame should’ve been released to us from the start, and that there wasn’t even room on the floor for that model to be displayed. He told him he’d refund the delivery fee to us because of the hassle and get it delivered Tuesday (12/4). It was delivered today as promised and all appears to be well! Read moreIn regards to invoice number 261-10026451, sales person Martez (sales manager) when my wife and I first purchased through furniture row (store #261) we had no complaints the sales team was honest and upfront and delivery went flawless. Because of that we decided to furnish our new home with all new beds through furniture row. We was greeted by Mr Martez promptly and he helped find what we was looking for. When checking out we was asked our move in date on our new home and we informed Mr Martez that it would be 06/27/25 and he HAPPILY informed my wife and I that he could have them delivered on the following day 06/28/25. Because of this we fallowed through with the sale. We placed this order on 06/23/25 and throughout the week we called and have gotten the run around multiple times from his sales team. We was informed that he would give us a call two days in a row yet no call was made to inform us on any delivery changes or even a call back. It is now Saturday morning and after a 12hr overnight shift I come home and have gotten the home ready for the delivery. While awaiting a call from Mr Martez sadly I had to personally call them and unfortunately, I wasn't given the greatest news from him. He informed me that the kids beds and our king bed wouldn't be arriving until 07/02/25 and 07/04/25 and of course that would be 4th of July, a day to be with the family. So not only would my kids go without a bed for 5 day's we would be out of a bed for 7 day's and i would have to juggle a house full of family and friends while they deliver the bed. As one could imagine that wasn't the greatest news after a long day of work. He did not try helping with delivering the kids beds on Saturday like he stated but instead pointed the blame on us saying the invoice said it could be 2 weeks delivery and we just misunderstood. Read moreI went to this store to find a bedroom set for my new apartment. I moved 300 miles away, so I got rid of my old bed with the intention of buying a new one upon moving in. I bought a bed, drawer chest, and night stand in late May. The salesman I dealt, Chuck, was very friendly and relaxed.
I narrowed in on a bedroom set but was told the head board for the bed would be delayed until the middle of June. This was a concern as I wanted a bed soon, but Chuck and Tony assured me that the bed could be put together without the head board. Upon delivery, this was not the case and so I was left without a bed. They finally got a head board in and delivered at the end of June (1 week past the 3-4 week range they gave me). Naturally, the head board had incorrect components and could not be put together. Now I have been told it will be another couple of weeks.
The general response after each delay has been that I’ll get it when it comes in. At this point I haven’t been compensated despite not having a bed 4 weeks after I should have. There are simply too many furniture stores in this area to be forced to deal with this. I’m probably an outlier, but I definitely won’t take another chance at this store in the future.
Edit: I finally got my bed delivered and put together 6 weeks after I purchased it. I will say the best thing about my whole experience was the delivery guys. They were funny, friendly, and were the only people that were apologetic and seemed like they cared. I still feel the same about my overall experience and I doubt that...
