I really enjoy the clothing and gifts in this store. However, going in this location can leave a bad taste in your mouth depending on what workers are present. I have been twice where the two young girls working were extremely sweet, helpful, and attentive to what I needed to find, and genuinely welcoming. They are the ONLY reasons I’m giving this location two stars, because they really deserve zero stars for customer service. I have been in this store on multiple other occasions where the employees will be actively talking/helping other customers in the store and blatantly ignore me, see me walk in and just stare without saying one word, or, my favorite, I have walked in where employees have been at the front of the store directly by the door, they’ll hear it open, look up and see me, not say one word, then go back to what they were doing and ignore me as I walk past them into the store. It’s a shame that you have to beg for acknowledgment and help 9/10 at this location. I’ve tried to give them chance after chance and besides those sweet girls i encountered twice, I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the staff. Each time I go into this store, I need help looking for an item and it’s sad that I can’t get it, or even a simple hello from majority of these young, female workers. I have walked out time and time again without spending a dime when I was open to spending good money on items I was searching for. I visited this store today and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in with my daughter, two employees looked directly at us but didn’t acknowledge us at all. (no greeting, no offer to help, nothing) It honestly felt like we weren’t even in the store. After letting my daughter browse for a moment, I decided to leave and shop elsewhere due to the poor customer service.

I called to speak with a manager, only to find out that one of the employees who ignored us was actually the manager. Her explanation? She said she didn’t want to “bother” me because I had an AirPod in. That was unbelievable to me—especially since I’ve shopped here frequently in the past and have always been greeted and even received help picking out outfits for my daughter.
