Careful you may be accused of stealing. I was just browsing the leggings section and looking for my size in some Capri length. I didn’t find my size in the style I was looking for and when I opened the door to leave, I was stopped by a lady with blonde hair and she asked if I was going to pay for the leggings. She didn’t have a name tag on so I didn’t catch her name. I have never been more humiliated in my life. I’ve previously worked in retail and you don’t just accuse people of shoplifting like that. The customer service here was top rate! I was shopping for a bathing suit and was so pleased to finally find a plus size store!!! It must be very popular with gals my size because the majority (98%) of the suits was 0's and 1's. I did end up finding one suit my size, and I bought it, but it is the most old lady looking suit I've ever had. BUT better any suit than none on vacation .... Insanely disappointed at the way the new store manager acts. I simply asked if they were busy and they replied “we don’t talk about business with customers.” This happened after a previous incident where I mentioned I was friends with a previous associate and was told not to talk about it.

Overall I will not be returning to this store, and I hope that the Settlers Green Torrid hopefully finds a competent manager who knows how to talk to customers and treats their staff...
