Poor customer service, will no longer buy anything from this store. I’ll drive the extra mile to go to the McDonough location. I went into the store January 13, 2023 and placed an order for a Heart cake in a heart shaped box which is advertised, stayed in the area until ready because I live 30 mins away and when I went to pick up my cake it was in a regular box and not the heart shaped box as advertised and promised. This was a new staff at this time so I explained the situation and was very nice about it and the girl behind the counter was so rude and poor customer service just told me oh well we don’t have them those boxes are from last year and the pic on the wall and the 2 orders sitting on the counter funny were in heart boxes and I ask to speak to a manager and she stated he was at a game and not answering the phone and she said they have boxes but she can’t open them until the next day huh really this is the only reason I bought the cake in the first place and you can’t provide a heart shaped box because it can’t be opened until tomorrow she was like no I can’t and I can come back tomorrow and get a box and I said well can you try your manager again because I’m not driving all the way back here tomorrow that’s absurd and she said he isn’t answering but I can come back tomorrow and get a box I stated again I don’t live in the area to please contact the manager and she leaves and goes to the back of the store yelling and slamming doors! Very unprofessional, young staff and no manager on site that was the first mistake and the fact the manager won’t answer the phone even worst mistake and I will not be back and I will tell my friends because word of mouth...

My family and I went into the Marble slab in Conyers at 7;30. this evening. The sign on the door says that closing time is 8:00 so we thought there would be plenty of time to get icecream. When we went in , there were three teenage boys just sitting there playing on their phones. They did not acknowledge us at first, and when they finally did, they reluctantly took our order. They stated that they had already turned the slab off so they could not mix anything, which is a little crazy since this is their whole premise. My daughter ordered ice cream with chocolate chips on top. The worker put about 10 chips on top and we had to ask him for a little more. My daughter and I got milkshakes, and the employee obviously did not know how to work the mixer. It took them about 15 minutes to make 2 milkshakes. While we were there, another customer came in to get icencream and the teenage boys that worked there simply ignored him. They went over and turned the lights off in the icecream freezer and took the scoops out to wash. One of the guys started stacking chairs at the tables. I felt very bad for the older gentleman. These young men obviously did not want to work and maybe should have just locked the door earlier if they were going to close before 8. My wife ordered a cookie cake online today with a pickup time of 1:00pm. I arrived at the store about 1:20pm and the lady behind the counter informed me it would be about a hour before my cake was ready. I told her this would not work due to we are having a party. She offered to give us 2 smaller cookie cakes and said they would be ready in 10 minuets. About 25 minuets later she came out with the two smaller cookie cakes. While in there another lady came in to get her cake and was informed it would be a hour before hers was ready as well. Several other customers came in for ice cream and were informed that they were not serving ice cream today. I also noticed while in there that someone had altered the health score report and changed the score with a pen. There was also several other items that were concerning. A lot of the candy jars were nasty, the cords were hanging down from the menus, no ice for the soft drinks, this is the end of march and they still had valentines cakes and decorations on display, the glass on the display cases were nasty. There isn’t a working restroom in the restaurant, what do the employees do if there isn’t a working restroom? This place is need of some serious management help and cleaning.
