I ordered a grande size hot coffee with 4 packets of sugar and half and half on the side. I was charged 2.73 because the cashier wasnât paying attention. She was occupied with chatting with another customer about her transfer to another store. I told the cashier that I wanted to use my Starbucks points for my coffee. She charges me instead. I walked out of the store not realizing this until I get to my car and taste my coffee. I immediately returned to the store to get the correct order. The cashier who took my order told me that at this store, they donât redeem points less than or more than 150 points. Why not tell me that when I was ordering the coffee? I also told her that my coffee wasnât made correctly. So, I was charged for pumped sugar in my coffee even though I didnât want that. The only good thing about this location is the young lady who actually prepared my coffee. She was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I wonât patronize this location again. Instead of refunding our order another male barista called the female target manager that was very rude yelling this is target while pointing around if you want Starbucks reward you have to go to Starbucks not Target. I showed her that I have ordered here over 30 times and do get the rewards. But she wouldnât allow a refund even though the barista had already canceled the order to be made and never received my order or a refund and had to just walk out because the manager was very hostile.
