Starbucks — Restaurant in Conyers

I ordered a grande size hot coffee with 4 packets of sugar and half and half on the side. I was charged 2.73 because the cashier wasn’t paying attention. She was occupied with chatting with another customer about her transfer to another store. I told the cashier that I wanted to use my Starbucks points for my coffee. She charges me instead. I walked out of the store not realizing this until I get to my car and taste my coffee. I immediately returned to the store to get the correct order. The cashier who took my order told me that at this store, they don’t redeem points less than or more than 150 points. Why not tell me that when I was ordering the coffee? I also told her that my coffee wasn’t made correctly. So, I was charged for pumped sugar in my coffee even though I didn’t want that. The only good thing about this location is the young lady who actually prepared my coffee. She was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I won’t patronize this location again. I typically go to McDonald’s for a simple black coffee with creamer and sugar on the side. McDonald’s has yet to fail me. I wasn’t expecting such a simple order at Starbucks could result in...

look. honestly i wanna say screw starbucks all around. ive always gotten my black coffee for free using my 100 stars on the app. i still ended up walking away paying 8$ for my supposed to be FREE coffee - i gave in because it looked like the lady at register was getting a little irritated so i just said whatever , paid for it and continue to wait for my drink. now at this point its starbucks that has made me upset NOT the employees because they cant control the app. However - i get my drink , continue on about my day. i open my cup when i get in the car - the barista put a whole bunch of oil in drink aswell as coffee grounds. so all in all - i wouldnt even bother. either go to a good starbucks or just go make coffee at home. Our reward app didn’t scan today so I wanted to cancel my order while I was rung up before I got my receipt the female barista said she’ll cancel and refund the order after to take care of the line first. Instead of refunding our order another male barista called the female target manager that was very rude yelling this is target while pointing around if you want Starbucks reward you have to go to Starbucks not Target. I showed her that I have ordered here over 30 times and do get the rewards. But she wouldn’t allow a refund even though the barista had already canceled the order to be made and never received my order or a refund and had to just walk out because the manager was very hostile.
