I had the best experience with RSG! They were recommended by my pageant director, and I'm so glad that I went. I went on a holiday, so it was slammed with girls shopping for prom; however, they still made me feel special and remembered while I was looking and waiting for a dressing room. The sweet girls and Susan constantly checked in, grabbed dresses I had found, and picked out dresses for me. While trying on dresses, they were so helpful, and I appreciated their expert opinions and advice. Yes, they were picky about the dressing room, 1 dress at a time and they had to zip/unzip, but this is pretty standard, and I didn't mind at all! I have only lived in Cookeville for a month and I have a 1 year old son. I researched all the children's clothing stores in the local area to shop for his clothes and saw this store was just a few blocks away from me. I was out and about one afternoon and not really paying close attention to the time and was not familiar with the stores hours. As I walked into the store there were three employees standing behind the counter and I was initially greeted only to be told that they were closed yet the front door was not locked. Once I realized it was 2 minutes until 5 pm and they wouldn't even allow me to walk through the store to see if I saw anything I was interested in.
