This was my first and last encounter with this store. I ordered a dress online on July 29th, 2 weeks later it had still not arrived and I received zero corespondence from the store. I was starting to think I was scammed so I called the store. A very nice lady named Sharon Answered and said she found my order and would get it to Mara who handles the internet orders and someone would call me back. 20 minutes later I get an email that my order has been cancelled, no explanation, no call. I called the store back and spoke to Mara, she said that store inventory changes and they no longer had the dress in stock. I asked if they had it available in any size because it is showing full availability online in every size. She said the Dress was completely sold out. I understand inventory can change however the lack of customer service at this store is pathetic. If the dress was out of stock a notice within 48 hours of ordering would have been appropriate. No notification for 2 weeks and then the customer has to call to check is unacceptable to run a retail business like this. I will not ever order from this store again and wouldn't not recommend anyone else do either as they clearly don't keep there website updated if it shows every size of a dress is available and they are completely sold out. Nor do they communicate with customers when an item they ordered is unavailable. I fully believe had I not called and checked I may have never got an order...
Read moreThe market has beautiful things to offer in their quaint little store however I've witnessed the way the store manager treats her employees and it is horrendous. She belittles them and speaks to them as if they're incompetent and ignorant, right in front of the customers! I saw the way she spoke to one of her employees that assisted me in my purchase and after she was done with her I pulled her to the side to make sure she was okay. A customer shouldn't have to do this. I've heard similar stories from friends and coworkers as well. I've spent a lot of money in the market but after witnessing this first hand, I won't...
Read moreBogus owners lie big time. The woman who insisted on masks actually handled it with her bare hands after touching the products in the store. She contaminated the face of the very mask the customer could not wear in the first place. And what your store is doing is against Tennessee law that actually gives acceptance to those who medically cannot wear the mark. Discriminates against customers with medical conditions. Filed...
