Batteries Plus — Local services in Coon Rapids

Recently I broke my iPhone screen, anyone who has done it knows the heartbreak. Super frustrating, and not cheap! After reserching repair, I decided to go to Batteries Plus. Unfortunately, I left the store with a broken home button. When I questioned them about it they turned the blame back on me. Funny, my phone worked just fine prior to them having it. When I said this to them they asked who brought it in for me, when I told them my husband did, they actually said that he must have been the one to have broken it! Wow, “really?!?” If you’ve never had a broken home button, it defaults as a touch screen button that bounces around your screen, it’s very apparent and very frustrating. There is no mistaking it. I learned after the fact from Apple, as well as my cell service carrier, that this is a common mistake that can happen w/improper screen repair. The home button is a very touchy piece and can be easily broken. My phone died a slow death shortly there after. Lesson learned; You get what you pay for! My battery died last night and I decided to have it replaced before facing anymore wintertime troubles. After another local company told me they wouldn't install a battery for me because it had snowed half and inch and it was cold outside, I called Batteries Plus. Dominic (hope that is spelled correctly!) told me to come right over first thing this morning to have one installed no problem.

Despite having to battle an ancient battery out of my car in the bitter cold and brutal wind, Dominic was gracious and friendly the whole way. He seemed very knowledgeable in his practice and genuinely interested in helping me out of a tough spot regardless of the weather or unexpected frustrations along the way (dang old, broken bolts!).

Incredible customer service and great prices. Highly recommend this store to everyone. I had a problem and they fixed it, and offered me an incredible deal for my troubles. I went in to purchase a car battery for my 2001 Ford Focus. I chose this store originally because they offered free battery inspection and installation. Long story short they ran into some complications with the install. The Manager Cody was working his hardest to get the situation resolved, but they required a mobile expert to come fix the problem. I had to wait until the next morning and they took care of everything. Cody kept me informed and gave me updates for everything that was going on.
