I was on N Denton Tap Rd to get my phone repaired and I noticed there was a Verizon Store next to the repair store, I decide to check them out, not realizing this was a retail store selling Verizon products. After picking up my phone, I went back to the store and decided to trade my phone in. I thought it was strange the store was completely empty.. I made the comment and was told it was my lucky day. Still not realizing this was a retail store. When I went to pick up my phone, I explained to them that what they quoted me is not the same thing that Verizon sent me. We went back and forth trying to resolve the issue. I finally said, ok but I felt like they were not being completely honest with me about the promotional that were being advertised from Verizon. Which was true, later that day I found out that Verizon was offering a free tablet and phone if you traded in your old phone. I called the REAL Verizon store, and I now have a FREE tablet. They never mentioned this promotional. I asked the sales person if the phone came with a charging cord, and she said no. When I got home the box has a cord in it. Another dishonest statement. She charged me $25.89 for a cord that I didn’t need. I checked, the same cord if needed, could have been purchased for $19.99. This is a much cheaper cost than what she quoted. She said the initial cost was $36.00, but she was giving me a 30% discount. Such lies!!! I am not happy with this location or the sales people. I will not be back, and I will share with my friends not to shop this location. I feel they were deceptive and evasive with me, and failed to show genuine customer service. ...

The priority seems to be selling products and generating new money, with little concern for the hassle customers go through during the process.
The store is consistently understaffed, and the employees always seem to be in a bad mood. Three years ago, when I upgraded my phone and traded in a device, they failed to process my trade-in credit. It took multiple visits and a lot of persistence on my part before they finally resolved the issue.
Recently, I traded in two devices and, given my past experience, I wanted to make sure things were handled properly this time. Instead of professionalism, I was met with attitude and clear frustration for even asking. By the end, the representative essentially told me that helping me was such an inconvenience that they hoped never to see me again. Honestly, I feel the same way after this experience.
I’ve never felt so dismissed or disrespected as a customer. Extremely disappointing. This store is a third-party Verizon location, and I sincerely hope it is not a reflection of...
Read moreBeware of this business at every level. I shared a detailed review last week and received a generic, copy-and-paste response on Google. I followed their direction and emailed the address they provided, only to receive another one-sentence reply saying they “valued customer feedback.”
Let me be clear — they don’t value feedback. They already know about their issues and incompetence but have no interest in fixing them. This company operates with a complete lack of accountability and customer care.
They will waste your time, charge you for things that corporate Verizon stores do not, and create unnecessary chaos during your transition or trade-in process. The staff is dismissive, unhelpful, and at times downright rude. You will spend hours trying to resolve problems they should have prevented in the first place — and they still won’t take ownership.
If you value your time, sanity, and money, save yourself the frustration and go to a corporate Verizon store or, better yet, consider a different carrier entirely. This franchise is a clear example of how poor management and lack of training can destroy...
