I just want to start this review by stating that I NEVER leave reviews anywhere. If I had a bad experience, I just move on. If I have a great experience, I just don’t say anything. However, I had an AMAZING experience here, and I’d feel absolutely horrible not spreading the word about this place.

I booked a couples float together for Mother’s Day online, and the package I purchased came with an hour float for you and your spouse, and champagne/snacks afterwards in a relaxing suite. I thought that sounded cool, but was apprehensive on what the snacks would be.

Coincidentally enough, the day of our session, the man who runs the place is named Kyle, and he actually called me from his cell phone while he was shopping at Market Street to ask me what snacks I’d prefer after our session. I told him my fiancé loves charcuterie boards and stuff like that, he told me not to worry and he’d take care of it. I didn’t see that coming, so I was impressed already.

Once we arrived that evening, Kyle greeted us very welcomely. He showed us around his shop and even offered us each a free CBD drink to help us relax, if we wanted. I don’t even take any CBD products ever, but he was so nice and passionate about all his products, I gave it a chance, and we very much enjoyed it!

The float session itself was awesome, a totally new and different experience. I highly suggest this for anyone with anxiety, depression, and even people that have joint problems, a bad back, etc.

You really just lay there and float, almost like you’re in outer space, pitch black, no noises whatsoever. It’s the true definition of “peace”. You can also turn on some meditation music and a small, relaxing light in the pod if you want a slightly different experience, both options are there waiting for you with a push of a button.

Waiting for us after our float session, were incredibly nice and comfortable robes, fresh high-quality towels, soft slippers, and anything you’d ever want at a spa.

After we got dried off, we were welcomed to a HUGE tray that he had personally made us full of fresh fruit, cheese, sliced meat, crackers and DELICIOUS little muffins, just like I had asked for on the phone. We sat down in a nice little room with peaceful music playing, while Kyle poured us some champagne!

We had already stayed at least 15 minutes after they closed and we felt bad, but he was still encouraging us to stay as long as we’d like. I literally felt like we paid $1,000 and were being treated like we were royalty, it really made us feel special. The effort this man was putting towards us was unbelievable, and I’m only making this long and detailed of a review because of that incredible customer service.

If you want to feel like royalty, book a session here. You don’t have to do the couples session with the snacks and stuff if you’d just like a session on your own, I guarantee you will still leave feeling incredibly relaxed and taken care off. This man will bend over backwards to make sure your day, week, and life is changed, I sh*t you not lol

While we were leaving, he even showed us some more of his products and talked to us about them. I told him I wasn’t familiar with any of this stuff, and he even opened up one of his bottles to give me a free sample. I’m like, more free stuff?? Amazing!

I don’t want everyone thinking they can just go in this man’s shop and get a bunch of free stuff all the time, no business can survive that way, but it was just amazing courtesy on his end, and I know whoever goes in there will be taken care of wether you’re looking for CBD products, or you’re only looking to go relax and float. This place caters to anyone and everyone, and it’s incredibly beautiful.

The drive home, my fiancé mentioned many times how she just felt so clean, fresh, happy, and amazing. That’s all I was hoping for, was her to feel appreciated and renewed. Couldn’t have done it without Float Coppell.

Let me start of by saying that I went and got a massage before I came here . And this experience was ten times better than the massage that I got.. it's actually no comparison.. I went for the float... And also did the infrared sauna. I absolutely loved the sauna. It was my first time sitting in the sauna for an hour. It felt like it took me forever to start sweating but I actually wish I could have been in the sauna longer. I didn't do the cold plunge but I wouldn't mind trying that. The shower.. was amazing.. it could be just me.. but I felt like the water was scented... I could have stayed in the shower all day.. I choose this place because of the cute plant wall aesthetic. It took a while for me to get relaxed in the float chamber.. and I also started feeling a bit nauseous/light headed after a while. My body eventually got very relaxed.. my mind unfortunately.. did not. I would recommend the float over a massage for if you need your body to get relaxed. I also enjoyed the lemon ginger kava drink.. I'm not sure what I was drinking.. lol. I am not a CBD partaker it anything of the sort.. but I was very intrigued by the assortment of different things to choose from in the lobby. Abbie was also amazing.. her customer service was patient and kind and I didn't feel rushed in any type of way. I would definitely recommend this place for a self care day or even if you just need some solitude and want to get away from the busyness of life and need a moment of stillness. The motivation posters on the wall get you thinking and the robes and slippers are a added bonus. 10/10 would highly recommend and just allow yourself to be present in the moment to experience this next level wellness. I am so happy to have found this place. I think I found it from Tic Tok or Google. I'm looking forward to making another trip back to Dallas just to come here and I hope you get some franchises in the next couple of years!! If not.. you're great all...

This place is paradise, me and my boyfriend experience here was magical. The place was beautiful in both design and standards, it was also all very clean and organized. The pod itself was very clean and convenient; getting in and out was easy. The temperature of the place was also perfect, especially before and after showering. What really surprised me was how much supplies they give you to work with. They provide you towels, q-tips, makeup remover, sanitize wipes, robes, and a hand towel inside the pod to wipe off from salt. The place really went all around to make sure customers had the best experience. Another great thing about this place is their seating room and massage chair, the seating room is absolutely gorgeous, it’s simple and effective to bring out the good vibes. But the best experience of all was the interaction with the store manager and his wife; he’s extremely friendly and professional. He double checks once awhile to see how things are doing, he’ll help you with whatever you need, and is just overall a lovely person to interact with.

This place is perfect for couples, because the couples specials they have are too good to be true. The store owner provides you food tray (with high quality cheese, crackers, and fruits) and drinks of your choice (like champagne, water, orange juice, and a CBD tea)
