So I ordered a cake for my girlfriend's 21st birthday and it was absolutely bland. When I arrived the lady at the counter says they tried to contact me three times but my phone says they tried once. Turns out they did not decorate the cake nor did they change the inside as I ordered. This was a horrible first experience, I don't understand what I paid for exactly if the cake was nothing like I wanted.
