I have to say I am retired and recently our washer broke down and we can't afford a new one and until we can I have been using your location. I was a retail and restaurant General Manager for close to 30 yrs and I also told my employees If you have time to lean you have time to clean. I have watch a older man who works for you during the day and he is always very friendly and always walking around cleaning everything in the laundry room. He keeps it as spotless as possible. An employee like this is valuable and deserves a raise and should not be taken lightly. The lazy ones replace with people who deserve a pay check not to just fill a spot for its unfair to hard working people like this. (Edited after speaking with Kenny) Kenny was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and wanted to do what he could to make the situation better. I likely still will avoid coming here, but I'm more inclined to come back after how understanding Kenny was. He made sure to get the machine number from me so he could check it out and make sure there weren't any issues with it.

The facilities are pretty clean but the female worker's customer service and attitude are horrendous. I was polite and said excuse me and she turned to glare at me and asked 'you need something?' with so much attitude like how dare I even be near her. And then when she was 'helping' me she told me what I needed to do with again even more attitude, zero kindness, and she kept glaring. Review is not for facilities but staff and ownership. I was a customer quite some time ago. Hourly staff an African American woman whose name I will not share was rude to me one day without cause. Subsequently, the same lady complained to the owner when I had to clear a coin jam on his washer for my load to run. She points me out to the owner and he threatened to take a knife to the car my children are sitting inside and pry it open. Then, the owner later uses intimidation to coerce me to take my review down. Justice comes in many forms. I've been a victim of violent crime many times. I won't be again I assure you. I won't be cowed again by a bully like the owner who targets families with small children because he cannot manage his temper.
