every time i come here its an issue. i came in one time to buy a vape. older gentleman, not a lot of hair, and a beard was willing to help me until he saw the mod i wanted to get, mind you this is the dude who claims to be a manager. now, i’ve had this mod before it just was on its last leg so i wanted to buy a new one. this man tries talking me out of buying the vape i want and tells me i should buy a more expensive one due to the one i wanted was a “beginner mod” although i did advise him that wasnt an issue due to me previously having the same mod before. i end up leaving and not buying anything and i have my fiancé go back up there later that night to buy me the mod. my fiancé goes in and has no trouble buying the same mod and the dude is extremely friendly. once i walk in the bald dude gets flustered apologizing stating he didnt realize and he’s sorry. first of all, all he had to do was sell me my mod. he lost money due to my fiancé being prior military. all because he wanted to act like i had no idea what i was talking about. i went in yesterday to buy a new glass due to mine dropping. i go in there same manager dude in there and he starts talking to me with his mouth full of food saying they don’t have the glass to replace that mod. but WHY DO YOU SELL THE MOD BUT NOT THE PIECES YOU NEED TO REPLACE SOMETHING IF IT BREAKS? as i’m walking out the store him and the other employee start talking about me before i even left the building. that manager is extremely unprofessional. 0/10 would...

So first off I love this store it's one of the best vape shops I've been too, the employees( ant, Emily ,dude with the glasses with long hair est) ... are always nice , kind and helping me with what I need I've been going there for a while, so I know most of them, the other day I went in to get my usual vape, one of the workers informed me that I cannot shop there due to me being accused of caught stealing , of course I immediately denied it because it wasn't true , I asked to see the video of me committing the crime that I was accused of, as we were watching the video, you can clearly see that it was not me, because I have tattoos all over my arms a person committing the theft had no tattoos, nor did they look like me other than we are the same race, African-American, I said it could've been a misunderstanding, but then one of the higher ups (Alex) is the one who said I did it because they recognize me because I'm always talking to one of there coworkers , well they were wrong. They should've looked at more video footage when I'm in the store to see if I was a person before making a false accusations. Usually I don't make a big deal about things but one thing I don't like is to be lied on and accuse of things...

0 STARS if there was an option. This wack store opened right after closing a T-Mobile store that was there before which was a very good customer service place to go to. This awful place now its opened 24hrs like what for ? but whatever. I want to put my two cents in and say this place is ridiculous expensive you are coming in looking for something on budget and even the smallest vape is $69.99-89.99 bucks like seriously no difference from getting a medium size vape. Plus the extra 20-30 bucks on vape juice and other stuff. The people in there are extremely rude and unprofessional they are not sure of their pricing, got the girl looking at a sheet to see the price. I wouldn't recommend at all. If there only perk is being open 24hrs everyday then don't be open at all. With yall's...
