Good morning. I would love to give a huge, heartfelt shoutout to two Mojo Coffee employees in Copperas Cove, Texas. My son has a very serious milk protein allergy and has never been able to get the fun kid friendly drinks when we are out and about because of the fear of cross contamination. When ordering my coffee he mentioned he really wish he could have a mango smoothie and Kristian heard him. She explained it was dairy free. I explained my fears of any cross contamination, because it would cause him to have an Anaphylactic reaction. She explained they could use a clean blender, etc. When we were at the window I expressed my concern again. Letayna showed me the unused blender and went through the process with both of us. A few minutes later my baby had his first ever store bought smoothie. He was BEAMING! He will be 11 this week and that is what he wants for his birthday treat.
You will never understand what this moment meant to me! These ladies deserve HUGE recognition! We’ve been back 2 times and both ladies recognized us and made sure to handle his order.

Read moreI've been to MOJO coffee a handful of times, and when I get a specialty drink off of the menu it's good, but it seems that no one here knows how to make a regular cappuccino. I was a batista for 7 years, and a latte is espresso, topped with mostly steamed milk and a layer of foam, while a cappuccino is espresso topped with a little bit of steamed milk and a lot of foam. They told me they can either make it with no foam (which is not possible to make a no foam cappuccino, that would be a latte), or all foam (no milk). I've tried nicely to explain to them what I want (a little milk, but mostly foam) and they seem really confused and gave me a drink with no foam that I just gave away. It sucks because I don't want to support Starbucks, but I don't want to spend money on something I won't drink either. Some more training on the...
Read moreI previously left a really good review; however I've had 2 bad experiences here in a row now. I bought 2 large mocha espresso frappes and they both tasted terrible. No sugar AT ALL. Just bitter water. Then today I had a stamp card that needed 1 more stamp to be full. I handed her my stamp card after getting 2 coffees. I was SUPPOSED to complete my stamp card after 1 of the coffees and get the 2nd one free but she chose to put 1 of the stamps over 2 other full boxes. I tried to explain that to her but we just kept going back and forth over it. So now I have a stamp card that has 1 extra stamp on it and had to pay for both coffees. Ridiculous. It's not that hard to count the stamps; or just stamp them in the right place and you dont even have to count.... I just want my free coffee and then I'll never go back here. There's...
