AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! They deserve less than one star. I can't emphasize enough how horrific my experience with Bells Appliance has been. It's been over four months of sheer torture since I bought a dishwasher and several other appliances from them.
From day one, the dishwasher was a disaster. It broke down repeatedly, Their sales associate, luz, was not just clueless but actively unhelpful. the staff has been shockingly incompetent and completely clueless about the situation.
What's more, my attempts to reach out to the owner, William, were met with deafening silence. It's clear that he has absolutely no interest in the well-being of his customers or the reputation of his business.
In a futile attempt to fix the dishwasher, Bells Appliance sent out four different technicians, each of whom confirmed that the machine was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Despite these clear recommendations from their own hired professionals, I have received no concrete action or solution from the store. This store's incompetence is beyond belief.
I implore anyone considering a purchase from this store to proceed with extreme caution. My patience has worn thin, and I hope that by sharing this review, others can be spared the anguish I have endured.

I purchased a Wolf microwave from them, and upon reciept of the microwave I learned that the microwave was the incorrect model for the mounting kit I had in my kitchen. When I contacted my saleswomen to exchange it for the correct one she strung me along for weeks until after several weeks she told me that she had to speak with her manager, William Caban, regarding how to do the exchange. After another few weeks I was advised for the very first time that my purchase of the microwave was non refundable or exchangeable. I was in disbelief of the fact that I was stuck with a $1000 microwave that was useless to me.
At no point in time did my saleswoman or anyone at Bell’s advise me verbally or in writing that my purchase was a final sale. The manager said he would try to help me but later disappeared and would not return my calls or texts.

The owner of the store told us that if we would have bought more expensive appliances, they wouldn't come damaged. When requesting a refund, we were told the refund was processed but they wouldn't send a receipt of refund. We had to travel to the store to get a copy and they still didn't provide a copy, only a picture. The owner is hostile, unprofessional, and hard to get in touch with. Asked him several times over email to call regarding the damaged appliances but we never received a single call. Today we had an electrician to the home to check the installation of the cooktop because it wasn't working and the electrician took pics of the appliance not actually being properly or completely wired. ...
