I received a massage as a birthday gift, the cost was 99 for a sports massage/neuromuscular. This past Friday, I had it scheduled for 10am, however, during the week the therapist rescheduled me for 2pm without ever asking me if it was fine with me. When I reached out, he said " I thought it would work for you", and again, I did NOT get a call or text to see if my original time can be altered. This past Friday, I get there before the therapist, he arrives at 0958, when my massage begins at 10am. I was on the table ready to begin at 1007, I received the message but he did cupping the last 16-18m and left me in the room for 16 minutes un attended (I looked at the clock when he left and reentered). The massage ended right at 11am, I did not receive a massage for the hour, nor did I feel like I was actually cared for. I would classify this business and therapist as a scam, my gift was 99 to have my appointment moved without asking me and did not receive an actual massage for an hour.
